Usually people either either devote a bunch of time learning all of the beginner/advance mechanics, uninstall the game out of frustration, or accept that they're horrible. Being the last one left and having everyone spectating you is one of the most stressful things you'll ever experience
True, but it can be a cool memory. Once my entire team was demanding a rematch between me and another guy after a game came down to a 1v1 and I lost. Of course that never happened though.

Happened to me back in 2008 when Modern Warfare was at its peak. Outside my university, there was a cybercafe where we played this game, they had 80+ PCs, so we were in three or four local matches. In one of defusing a bomb I was the last of my team and the other guy was a "pro" player, I somehow won the match, that was my official retirement of the game, my nerves got crazy and I learned that I would never be a "pro" gamer 😔

Yeah, once I was noob trolling on fn and this kid was acting like he was better at the game than me just because he was wearing skins while he thought I was new to the game. Short story is that, I added him and 1v1 him in creative, and let him win, and after he got cocky so I started actually playing and they started saying I was trash and claimed I shouldn't be on the game since I didn't have skins, we went back to lobby, and I showed him all the rare skins I had and he got mad so he made fun of my stuttering and then left and removed me.

First, The team threw the flashbang.
Second, the enemy can't get a shot that soon on that map, so without doubt the team it was the team that shot him.
And considering they all voted yes to kick him, it was very likely a premade of smurfs since the newbie in this clip is probably around S3/GN2.

If anything, you would get kicked less in ranked because every teamate counts so long as they're willing to communicate and willing to drop guns. Still mad at valve for removing bots >:(
