    Great job man I love following the build. However wet sanding will actually fight against you if you are looking to have a nice end product. Although the sandblasted surface may seem rough it’s the absolute perfect texture for paint to stick to. When you paint it if you use a primer the primer/paint will fill in the textured surface and it will come out perfectly smooth.
    If you wet sand it like you did then paint, the paint won’t have a good surface to stick to and will flake off, especially on a frame where little stones and gravel will be hitting the frame. Just my 2c

      Thanks, I did not know that! Ended up getting gloss black powder coated and came out super smooth! I guess I lucked out. Thanks for watching.
