mannys9130 rng can give you so much but also just shaft you when you need it most. BIG Es DB are "special" with their rng aka devstrike/cits or complete miss.
He really should have just used attack planes, impossible to miss a cruiser as long as you can breathe and think at the same time, and you need 1 dmg on a paper thin armor cruiser.
@@ainumahtar A single rocket would've done the job, that last scramble was just the CV tilting and misplaying because RNG screwed him over by letting the belfast live at 1hp

@@jagerbombasstic What really gets me is when you get series of matches where shells that SHOULD citadel just get standard pens (or worse...) and then you get series of citadels on super-low-HP ships. Statistically, it's the same luck for everyone. Same number of citadels on average... but when they happen change the result of the game...

Watching this guy keep firing at the Warspite when the Fubuki was visible seriously triggered me. I was thinking, "Typical selfish CA - farming damage off BBs when he could be trying to win the game by helping take out a destroyer."
Late reply, but I hope you have since realized that Belfast is a Light Cruiser(CL) not a Heavy Cruiser(CA).

that last bit is perfect showcase how smart maneuvering can completely throw off carrier's aim with bombs, now if only more people tried to actually do this instead of complaining how "impossible" it is to dodge CV strikes.....

I am glad this game is still a thing, and grateful to Jingles for posting these videos (I would never have know about this game without them).
I installed it less than a weeks ago, and while only doing co-op so far (with my son) I am having an absolute ball. I got my first BB last night, T3 German ship.
So far I have done 38 battles, killed 17 ships, lost 4 ships and accidentally bumped into 2 team members and accidentally shot my own son when broadsiding an enemy BB (my son was in front of me but somehow got hit by one of my 11" shells).
This game is a shit load of fun. Lets see how far I can get without spending a single cent.

I love seeing Smoke Screens when I'm in my Lyonn. Those 16 guns lay a very nice pattern on a smoke screen to piss off anyone inside.

I feel for that Big E. her DB RNG is sooooo weird. You can be right on top of a ship, dead center, completely miss.... will land like that second wave everywhere around that ship but the ship. Funny sometimes you'll take out the rudder but no hp. I know no one feels bad for CVs but it hurts when it happens.

Other negatives of the Belfast...
- No heal (as the Fiji does)
- Smoke firing penalty (when the ship was truly OP it could fire at nearby targets and never get spotted)
- Enemy radar and hydro (when the ship was out originally there were limited ships at tier 7-9 that had radar or longer range hydro - not true anymore)
- It's a glass canon and easily deleted
Forget it.... being a glass cannon is only a problem when you have to choose between being spotting targets and being hidden.

Great game with an awesome ending - but if he'd changed to AP the carrier would have gone down alot earlier (possibly before he got the torp planes in the air). Still awesome luck! It's quite easy in the Belfast to get fixated on the HE since it's by far the most common thing for you to be firing. There are a few other things that aren't great about the Belfast its acceleration and decleration aren't great - this makes it hard to evade torps if you're not angled up in your smoke when torps come in - he could easily have been torpedoed in his initial smoke by the fubuki, similarly you can see he overshoots his own smoke whilst defending in his cap at the end, this nearly(!) kills him. The Belfast also has pretty pathetic armour (not surprising for a British Tier VII light cruiser), so she suffers badly if there's noone to spot for her. All in all still relatively overpowered but not by much anymore.

Yeah it is, but you can pretty much use it to train the high tier British DD captains, as Jutland and Daring both need IFHE to use their HE effectively aswell.

That enterprise seemed to enjoy the match, one of his teammates was having a chat fit though.
18 fires and only 28k fire damge. That could easily have been much more if not for carriers being practically immune to fires while also having the best deck armor at T10 and next to no superstructure.
CVs are blatantly OP levels well protected against anything. Not to mention most of them also have underwater citadels as well.. so go figure.
@@19Crusader91 One might wonder why CVs have the best armor concept in the game, are immune to fires, which they automatically repair anyway, infinite range, high speed, the best spotting capabilities, the best damage, really good concealment, the best attacks toconsistently trigger dmg cons, also deal unhealble citadel damage with both AP bombs and torpedos, infinite planes, make plane kills next to irrelevant, the most cap resets of any class and have a way to ignore RNG and gain immunity to damage with blessed drops and slingshot drops. But that one is not WG.
Turns out if you take nearly everything off the top of a ship, you have more room for armour... who’d have guessed
