The end is so frustrating to watch for 2 reasons, and both are due to the Bat Chat : that B-C had a golden opportunity to grab the Fadin's medal if he took half a second more to carefully aim his shot in the back of the E-100, and secondly he cowardly went for a draw (meaning that both teams are loosing), he could have just gived that victory to E-100's team instead of a lame draw...
yeah, if i run out of ammo and can´t win in any way, i just let the enemy take my tank. no need to ruin the game for the enemy just because i was to stupid.

I actually applaud the BatChat for his decision. Never just GIVE a win to the enemy team. Never just GIVE a medal to someone. Make them earn it, or the medal/win means absolutely nothing.
He has the 2D style "Veles", one of the best looking in the game.
Especially on my Obj. 252U which I have "dressed" with, it looks awesome!

Both tanks are so slow that both tanks have to simultaneously show a portion of their tank to fire. As both have to move forward or backwards for at least a half second but it only takes a tenth of a second to aim and fire, neither tank has an advantage by skill and only luck decides who is available to shoot first. Yea but that is the same for all tiers right? No. With the smaller tanks moving several times faster you have to lead the shot when they are perpendicular and moving, i.e., "aim", and the obstructions block line of sight as they are moving so you have to "select" when to fire amongst many opportunities that only occur for less than time of flight. None of this happens as you rise up above tier 6 and gets worse through tier X. That is why the higher the tier the dumber the player as been proven in multiple peer-review, double blind tests..
Greg an ars hole. When you sit with 1300 dog and obviously useless for the team, just give someone a fun game. Draw is a loss for both, but at least you can make 15 people happier. If I see I was useless in the game and no possibility to win, I just give them a win.

Funny, I think the exact opposite about the gold ammo change. I think it was a big mistake to give everyone access.
I'd much rather have only a very few people shoot gold and instead have tanks with weakspots than wargaming releasing tanks you can't pen with AP because everyone has access to gold ammo and is then forced to use it.
Back when WoT released the Maus existed as well (obviously), yet you could kill it even without gold ammo. They even had to buff the Maus' armour because it was too easily defeated by goldammo.
However, I am aware that this is an unpopular opinion. I guess I'm just very old school when it comes to gold ammo in WoT.
I somewhat agree with this. But also I would argue that WG has not released a tank without a weak spot (or bad armor for that matter) in a long time. I mean look at the recent additions to the game. Concept 5 line, absolutely awful armor, vickers, worst armor of any tier 10 med, 452k, decent armor but not anything special. and the tier 10 polish td has pretty mediocre armor also. The last tank with truly op armor they released was 1 year+ ago. And frankly, you don't need gold to do good. I have 3 marked many tier 10s and 9s and 8s without firing much gold.
They should just limit the amount of gold rounds you could have in a tank, brainlessly spamming rounds the entire game isnt fun
@@hebrewhammer4086 I'd argue that the reason they haven't been releasing tanks with weakpoints is because of the prevalence of gold ammo. I still wouldn't want to go back for the simple reason that WG refuses to nerf premeum tanks but if they were willing I don't think it would be as bad.

Back when they opened up gold ammo and made it free, my clan split over it. Half of them thought it was going to destroy the game and just quit playing. I wasn't sure if it was a bad idea or not until the goldspam just barely started to creep in. At that point I knew it was a terrible decision and would only get worse.
@@TehButterflyEffect sorry I misread your original comment, I'd argue that they do still add in more tanks without a weak spot, the tiger mouse being the largest offender in recent memory. For the most part I agree with you though, I just think it reduced skill expression, instead of trying to hit a weak point just hit the 2 key.

I miss the old clan wars and the actual gold rounds they were very rare. I remember my chaffe and i ran directly into a batchat and that was that lmao such good memories
Fun fact: The WT .AUF E-100's 15cm Auto-loader was inspired by a gun that did exist in reality.
Known as The 15cm Flugabwehrkanone 50, it was designed as a heavy AA gun for the German army developed by the Krupp Company in the early 1930s. But the problem with the early versions of the gun was the Weight of the gun with its Auto-loader, which was too heavy for most vehicles to DIRECTLY carry. Before production of the gun stopped in 1940, a variant was developed that reduced the number of parts required to assemble the gun and simplified the portable gun carriage it was based on. But even with all that, the barrel life of a brand new barrel using the Auto-loader exclusively was still around 50 rounds before needing to be replaced.
If an E-100 was somehow fitted with this gun, the gun shield Wot created would have probably had to be either deleted entirely to save weight or made larger to make it physically possible to reload the Auto loader, and even if both were done, the rear suspension would be begging for mercy.
Always loved the E-100. Never missed scouts with it . :)

I hate such players. His responsibility was to take some pressure from his allies on the hill. He just let this foch get almost killed.
He is not a team player, he was focused only on dmg and did not use his HP earlier. He would have 3 more guns in the game if he would bait the enemy to hit him a few more times earlier.

I was world class WoT (console) player when I quit many years ago. I gave up on WoT and WoT content. Didn't like what they did to our game. Spotting this video brought me back for a few minutes. Insane.

They should remove or massively limit the gold you have each round so you have to use them tactically. Making them freely available means it lessens the skill cap or the need to aim for weak points. The game was better when they weren’t around as much. Good also invalidates lots of tank that “rely” on armour. It’s a lazy mechanic.

No, I disagree that making gold rounds available for credits was a good decision. The better decision would have been to remove premium rounds altogether and instead go for the Steel Hunters approach, i.e., rounds with more penetration but less alpha damage

You can't fix the gold ammo problem anymore. It's part of the game and many heavily armoured tanks can only get balanced by gold rounds sadly...
Well, if you change the damage of gold rounds you would of course have to balance heavy tanks accordingly. One could definitely do that, but it might certainly be a problem that you can't reduce the statistics of premium heavies, so it might not be feasible in practice.

Greg was basically a bot. 30 shells and 1.3k...no wonder the 3 mark requirements are low in Batchat. I would have tried to go to the left side of the windmill in a wider arc, not to get proxispot, Batchat would need to reverse to escape and it's slow doing it. I also would have tried with the HE after the AP pen because 981 HP left is 2 shots with AP unless there's fire or ammorack but with HE pen a little highroll would be enough. Batchat also missed that shot when it had all the time in the world to aim or capture the base instead. That was a great carry.
Draws are losses. I hate them sooooo much. Play for the win. Ran out of ammo? Then eat the shot. You lost. Because you couldn't pen.
Lolnope, gold rounds for creds is 1 of the worst thing in WoT's history. 2nd only to WG not removing them entirely
The problem would actually be partially solved if the standard ammo did 25% more damage, kind of a reversed way of what the SU-100Y or ISU-130 can do or what they tested in the supertest we were part of and had great feedback except for the massive HE nerf.

I got 13.8k 4 years ago and I'm still mad I didn't really send it to anyone. I almost ran out of ammo in my 277 that I had played 10 games in and still didn't have a 100% crew in, and actually lost.
I havent played this game is maybe 12 years, but decided to try again maybe 5 years ago. Always toxic people in chat insulting each other, and I see the same here. Havent missed much
How you described the cost for the ability to shoot gold and compete is the nail in the coffin if WoT doesn't figure it out.
Those 2 E75s and the Tiger Maus were donkey players... players who spend money on the game but are just plain bad at the game

Both are absolute trash. Totally unplayable if you are not willing to shoot 70% gold, cos otherwise you can't pen anything.
@@robinkhn2547 The pen doesn't matter because if you don't turn your turret your hp will melt anyway. That's why improving the dpm of the Maus and E100 is useless unless you play against bad players who shoot your upper plate.

That how i played back in the old days of wot the e100 with the big gun but now i use the small gun better dpm.
You can't angle the turret if you are firing so the big gun is better because it has a lower rate of fire which allows you to keep your turret angled for longer.
Most people don't think about that.

Try to use an external server reticle mod. You have to actually aim longer than the client reticle would make you believe.

Dude do you really expect that you should be allowed to make a profit when shooting almost exclusively gold? If that were the case, even more players would run around loading gold only, cos there would be no downside. Also, he wouldn't have made such a big loss if he hadn't shot all those blind shots with gold ammo.
Also, the game was a draw, which is counted as a loss when it comes to compensation. I am sure he would have made a profit if he had won the game, or at the very least broken even.
when I see how they aim here on the tube I know I can never be good on my old laptop on lowest graphics, combined with a mouse pad of about B5 size, plus 800 dpi, that equipment is totally unable to aim like them. Still I am often under the top 5 with AP silver ammo only. I really like to try a better computer, lower DPI mouse and larger mat. I am sure it would improve a lot.
When the game was released 14 years ago, that computer was already 4 years behind the minimum requirements.

the Maus will continue to be the heaviest tank in the game, because it's the heaviest tank ever built. so unless wargaming starts adding fictional vehicles it'll stay that way.

Been around since the beginning of 2015, and I can honestly say your the reason why I was able to learn and get better at the game when I had no clue how to play. I'm on my long break from the game, but I'll be back again to play. I'll still be here watching this great content though you can content on that.

I'm glad the E100 lost, didn't deserve to win this game. After so much massive luck and a very average play, the luck had to run out. The E100 was setup with maximum abuse to get an unfair advantage in a +1 game (easy ammo, bounty/exp equipment etc), almost all shells deviated in the right direction even when the E100 was poorly aiming (these 2 shots on the 268 v4 are a miracle).
And let's be honest, the E100 could have taken the batchat out if it had played better, hesitated less, didn't stop moving every 2-3s losing all momentum, or even actually aimed for the tracks on the last shot.
Don't you see a pattern in each and every replay that QB features with big numbers? Maximum abuse and selfishness combined with blind luck but rarely that much skill displayed.

Not much skill was involved; just farm side, rear and lower plates with gold, not turning the turret after reloading, barely recieving any shots on the hill, firing HEAT at 704 side (with spaced armor).
