    INGREDIENTS:
    CAKE:
    1 cup (226 g) unsalted butter, softened
    6 oz (170 g) cream cheese, softened
    2 ½ cups (500 g) granulated sugar
    6 large eggs, room temperature
    1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
    3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
    1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ⅓ cup (78 ml) whole milk
    GLAZE:
    2 cups (250 g) powdered sugar
    2 Tablespoons melted butter (salted or unsalted)
    1-3 Tablespoons milk, plus more as needed
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a bundt pan using Crisco and flour.
    Cream Butter and Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
    Add Sugar: Gradually add the granulated sugar to the butter and cream cheese mixture, mixing well until light and fluffy.
    Add Eggs: Add the eggs two at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Mix in Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract until evenly combined.
    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
    Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mixing until just combined.
    Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
