    Could you explain, "When the bottles we removed with water..."? I doubt you used water to remove the canisters from the freezer, so it's not clear to me what you're trying to say. (Nor does it make sense to me if you meant "were" versus "we".) Are you saying both canisters had water in them when they were placed in the freezer and neither froze? Are you saying you filled both with water, put them in a freezer, and then observed that the water in the coated canister was warmer than in the uncoated one?
    Are you saying that you stuck both canisters in the freezer only for a short period of time, such that the coated canister cooled less than the uncoated one (due to higher mass and lower conductance)?
    It seems to me that a better demonstration would be to pour very cold water into the two canisters, both of which were at room temperature.
    In any case, a clearer explanation of the method would help.

      This was purely a video showing the reduced condensation effect on the Super Therm coated bottle and the unprotected bottle. Just a visual representation. It wasn't designed as a scientific test. Condensation is an interesting subject though. Super Therm blocks heat transfer. This means the surface of the bottle it's protected doesn't heat up quickly. This means it eases into ambient temperatures. Block the rapid heat transfer with 4 ceramics and strong binding urethane means we block heat load and transfer is only 4%. A good thick coating of Super Therm will significantly block the heat transfer, therefore significantly reducing condensation.

    Is it vapor-permeable? Is it brittle or elastomeric?

      @ncooty thanks. It's 4 ceramics with a good blend of binding agents designed for industrial use and proven for over 30 years. It is breathable but has been ASTM tested to block up to 100km driving rain.
