I also have an injured wrist so I just switched to 20 low plank oblique knee pulls. you could try them on your fists though I find it too painful to do more than a couple that way

Zuzka definitely has great biceps, and they can be developed with just the exercises she does. Elbow flexor muscles (biceps brachii, brachialis, brachioradialis) bend the elbow, and most of her exercises involve bending elbows back and forth. So to say that she isn't incorporating biceps would be incorrect. For example, this 4-point punch effectively works the biceps; extending the arm/dumbbell to her toes and flexing the elbow when lifting it is essentially a bicep curl. Zuzana rocks! :)
When I saw you do those one leg squats 2-3 years ago I knew you were the one to watch! Beautiful, madly competent, inspired, serious, funny. I've lost 33 lbs. Hats off to you girl...

What are you doing for your biceps ZL? I don't often see you include an exercise for the elbow flexor muscles (but I see plenty for your elbow extensor muscles). Are you secretly incorporating bicep curls into the routine when nobody is videoing????

just did it in 13:29...however, I had to switch the push-ups to 20 low plank knee pulls since I have a wrist injury so I can't hold my bodyweight right now in regular plank. still proud though!
You might be able to avoid hurting your wrists by making fists and using them instead of your palms. You might need something to make the floor a bit softer for your knuckles though... mouse mats/towels?
I have a question about tabata for Zuzka or anyone competent to answer: if doing a tabata workout burns more calories during the day after the workout, does that mean that by increasing the number of tabatas we do during one workout it increases the number of calories we burn afterwards? I hope you'll understand what I wanted to ask :)

In about five workouts I've pushed my time down from 15 to 6 minutes! I didn't know I had that in me!!! Keep these workouts coming.
