    This was one of your easiest workouts to date. But felt like a good tone after my 45min run. Finished in 11mins. Thanks for the workouts Zuzka!

    This is my favorite ZWOW work out! Love all your workouts... but this is my favorite!
    I especially wanted to Thank You for the ingenius effort to put up a breakdown summary of the exercises before the actual work out!
    Just an added note, If you could in your details of each ZWOW work out, if you can put the breakdown of the exercises in text in the ABOUT section underneath the video. It helps to keep track of what exercises to do or to look forward to!

    In about five workouts I've pushed my time down from 15 to 6 minutes! I didn't know I had that in me!!! Keep these workouts coming.

    I love your videos. I have recently started working out with them and wow! What a challenge!! You are such an inspiration to me. I try very hard to keep up with you. Many times I pause the videos just to catch my breath. I also have to remind myself that I am in my 60s. I have been working out since I was in my 20s so I am in pretty good shape. I would love to have your abs!! Keep up the videos😊👍

    I also have an injured wrist so I just switched to 20 low plank oblique knee pulls. you could try them on your fists though I find it too painful to do more than a couple that way

    Hi Zuzka, I have problems with the warm up and the stretching parts. I'm not sure that i'm doing these correctly. Can you do an entire workout "live", like this one, recording the warm up before, and the stretching after too???

    Woooow so happy with tonight's effort!!! ..was just hoping under 12 after being faint & still a bit sore from last night's first time back - now I feel awesome & getting onto Bruce Lee Abs..after a little breather! :D

    these last three have been my absolute favorites, i love them!!
    i had 20 lbs for the squats, 10 for the punches...13:56 (yesterday). i will try tomorrow to beat your time :)

    19 mins, i almost quit at round 2 10mins and was feeling ill but i slowly but surely pushed through to the end. thank you that was wonderful :)

    Cannot wait to try this when my sprained ankle is back to normal. Have to say that you look absolutely beyond gorgeous in this video - your skin is just glowing! Surely it's not just make-up and lighting ;) Also I love your outfit and especially the combination of your sport bras in this one! :)

    Zuzka definitely has great biceps, and they can be developed with just the exercises she does. Elbow flexor muscles (biceps brachii, brachialis, brachioradialis) bend the elbow, and most of her exercises involve bending elbows back and forth. So to say that she isn't incorporating biceps would be incorrect. For example, this 4-point punch effectively works the biceps; extending the arm/dumbbell to her toes and flexing the elbow when lifting it is essentially a bicep curl. Zuzana rocks! :)

    She has a warm-up on the channel... as far as cool down you could always search for after workout stretches or something like that on youtube.

    What are you doing for your biceps ZL? I don't often see you include an exercise for the elbow flexor muscles (but I see plenty for your elbow extensor muscles). Are you secretly incorporating bicep curls into the routine when nobody is videoing????

    just did it in 13:29...however, I had to switch the push-ups to 20 low plank knee pulls since I have a wrist injury so I can't hold my bodyweight right now in regular plank. still proud though!

    You might be able to avoid hurting your wrists by making fists and using them instead of your palms. You might need something to make the floor a bit softer for your knuckles though... mouse mats/towels?

    I have a question about tabata for Zuzka or anyone competent to answer: if doing a tabata workout burns more calories during the day after the workout, does that mean that by increasing the number of tabatas we do during one workout it increases the number of calories we burn afterwards?
    I hope you'll understand what I wanted to ask :)

    if you have strong core it shouldn't hurt back at all- its strengthens stabilizer muscles and more!

    The weighted squad twists, right after those bench jumps, are really intense.
    The 3rd round was extremely challenging! :D

    This one felt a little light. Next time I'll try using a heavier weight for the 4pt exercise. This time I used a 7.5lb weight.
