I know that many of you ask her for a warm up video, but she made one a long time ago back at her old project. It is very good and I use it all the time. You can easily access it. Its called "Hot Blooded WarmUp Workout". Just insert it into the search box. Its about 5-6 minutes and it is a good way to help prevent injury!

Use to watch you on another channel and wondered what had happened to you. So glad to of found you here now and love your work outs, particularly as they don't involve that much equipment. Also even though we have never met I think you are a great positive motivator more than many one-to-ones I have had with personal trainers. Keep up the excellent work and I am now going to try and incorporate these workouts into my daily exercise routines. All the best!!!

Love all your workouts; I've definitely noticed a huge performance in myself with doing burpees. Before they used to be so hard for me, but after following your workout routines, I can do burpees without tiring out after just a few reps. I completed ZWOW #41 today in 17:50, it was an amazing and killer workout! :)
Yay, new ZWOW! I'm still a beginner so I find some of you workouts challenging for myself, but I'm trying. I've only started doing ZWOWs this week and finally got a feel for how your videos work. I'm happy and greatful that you've started suggesting how to modify the work out for beginners!!! That's one thing I LOVED about your Bodyrock.tv videos. Also, I think it would be great if you gave us 5 Suggested ZWOWs to make a great combination for workouts during the week.

Oh my GOODNESS!! I just finished this workout (3 Rounds in 16:09 but, did one full circuit without the timer) and this was truly a challenge for me!! It was super intense especially on the triceps. Nevertheless, Zuzana NEVER ceases to inspire me. Yes, she's beautiful but, there are some serious fitness brains behind that beauty! RAWK ON ZUZANA!!!
The doggie leg swing push ups you should definitely feel in your upper body. Try taking a video of you doing the workout and look at it after and compare to Zuzana and make sure the form is the same.
