  • Welcome to my channel, where I share my experiences and tips for managing Multiple Sclerosis through a holistic approach. In this video, I take you through my daily wellness routine that helps me cope with my MS symptoms and feel empowered and grounded.
    Starting with yoga and meditation, I then show you how to make an anti-inflammatory ginger tea and a wellness shot with ginger, lemon, and apple cider vinegar. We then head outside for a nature walk and discuss the benefits of being in nature and taking cold water plunges.
    At the end of the day, I share my turmeric drink recipe, do oracle cards, and have a warm epsom salt bath to wind down and relax.
