    My neurologists recommended i take moringa capsules because he said it inhibits chronic inflammation. I was surprised medical doctors never recommend natural supplements

    • @tomgarbett77
      @tomgarbett77  6 місяців тому +1

      Yes unfortunately medical professionals are quite literally trained just to designate the right pharmaceutical for whatever disease or problem you have... They know little to nothing about natural remedies. That's why I listen to a lot of Holistic doctors online as I find their approach much more valuable!

    You must boost glutathione and support your mitochondria.
    Best supplements: Acetyl l-Carnitine, NAC(n-acetyl cysteine), CoQ10(Ubiquinol), Inositol(Myo), 10000d3k2-mk7 and at least 3grams omega3(high DHA).

If the thiamine continues to show good gains, I'll stack with fish oil to see if any notable advantage ... Maybe a 3-6 mth trial?. Please keep up the videos if you can, they're really helpful. Hay Tom, just bumped into your channel. Congrats for the content.
    I take almost everything you do. There is a treatment that prescribe all of them, but different quantities (higher amounts of vit D). It’s called Coimbra Protocol.
