These videos are extremely helpful, both in the detail you give about the building, and in the transparency of your pricing. And you guys always look like you're having a good time and that you're proud of your work, which adds value to your sales pitch. We're planning to build within the next 6 months to a year, and I'll be watching everything you put out for ideas and info so I'll know just what to ask you to build. Thanks for making such good use of your channel.
You're welcome, @Belloc! Comment such as yours is what keeps us going to do more contents that will help with your building planning. We enjoy our time shooting these kinds of contents and glad that you liked it. Let us know when you're ready to build your future project.
Very helpful, but I would like to see a video on a basic 30x50 metal building without all the customizations which cost so much extra. This price and all of the customizing is a turn off.... basic pricing would be so much more intriguing to me as a buyer. Just my opinion.
Thanks for your feedback, @ragestargaming8318. Prices do vary depending on location and the building usage. Like for this building, this was built to house the client's car lift and the structure was adjusted to ensure it will fit. We'd love to do a pricing on a 30x50 basic building. Let us know what's included on your basic 30x50 metal building.
We do offer financing! Terms may vary according to who you apply with. Check out our website link for our various financing options: wolfsteelbuildings.com/financing/
Thanks for your comment and we know why it's a NO for you. Black roof may not be a suitable color since it absorbs more heat compared to light colors but its gaining much popularity nowadays because of the edgy look it gives your metal building. This building was insulated using spray foam which helped in maintaining the temperature inside the building.
@@wolfsteelbuildings Edgy until you get that power bill. Then it is not so cool. Anyhow, The power company's like it. To me it looks low IQ AF. But if it makes the customer feel good, That is what they get. Good feels. A lot of $$$ is made from feels. 😁 Just not my $$$. I am not the feels type. 🤑 All that said. Nice steel work in the building. I am down for that.
We encourage you to check out our content further to understand how we build foundations... This one specifically needed to have different specs for his car lifts...
@wolfsteelbuildings i work in the construction field. It's primarily electrical, but we do pour our own pads... Sometimes engineered pads, and i've done some engineered pads, they could hold up an entire building at twenty floors, just for a transformer to sit... That's about the only time i've ever seen them spend almost twenty grand on a pad
