I'm always blown away by the production quality of your videos. The camera angles you achieve, the knowledge you provide, and the analysis are unmatched. Other UA-camrs are definitely bigger, they might be funnier, they might be more entertaining. But you've carved out a really unique niche and are doing a great job. Like the Oak of Ages, I hope your channel continues to grow and prosper!
Here is just some theory on how to potenially use lore of life with Empire (did not play Multiplayer yet, because i am still busy with trying out the various factions in campaign first): The "problem" of regular regeneration is that it does not restore individual unit models. To negate this problem one could simply focus on units with fewer but more healthy unit models like Demigryph or even single unit models like Steam Tanks or Heroes. This way you can take full advantage of the regeneration effect while not having to worry so much (or at all) about losing unit models. Gonna try out some lore of life augmented Steam Tank / Hero Spam in a future Empire Campaign and see how this plays out.
Absolutely! I too worry about the hyper-health Steam Tanks and heroes. I worry that the potion has just been replaced by a Lore, but only two factions have access to it now!
lore of life heals are best used on units that have low unit counts like tree kin, tree men and heroes or Lords since it's less likely you will cap yourself on healing since less entities will die

Agreeing with @Themeta88 here, the quality of this magic guide videos is superb. But beyond the visual quality of it, what I like most is how your videos SOUND proffesional, they are insightfull, and you throw just the right ammount of "personal oppinion" on each spell.
Correction: In the Flesh to Stone section you explained that 'Casting it on a high armor unit that is already in combat with an armor piercing unit, will keep it alive for longer.' This is false, or at the very least misleading. In TW:W damage calculation armor piercing damage ignores armor completely (contrary to physical resistance). So casting the spell on any unit that is in battle with an armor piercing unit is very inefficient. It will only help reduce the usually very small amount of non-armor-piercing damage that most armor-piercing weapons have. This spell is only useful when buffing up a unit that is suffering a lot of non-armor-piercing damage. Also, since every point of armor gives a chance to ignore between 0.5% to 1% of all non-armor-piercing damage with no diminishing returns or curve, it is especially powerful on units that already have high armor, since going 10% from 80% up to 90% for example literally halfves the damage received. Going 10% up from 0% reduce to 10% reduce means you still take 9/10th of the damage. So the best use is probably to buff your treemen or treekin, where they are being overwhelmed by troops with lots of normal damage (that includes bonus vs. large which is NOT armor piercing). For examples non-armor piercing heroes and monsters, elite spearmen etc.
KaterchenSama bonus vs Large and vs Infantry and such deals bots AP and Normal Damage based on the ratio of the two. So a unit of GW has 8 bonus vs Infantry and about 70% of that damage will be AP damage due to GW:s have a fairly lagre percent of its tital weapon strenght in AP damage. If the units health drops as members die. How do you see the remaining members hit points so you know when to cast healing? As it says my unit is injured but I know they aren't I just don't have many members left?
"If you think you'll take a lot of damage (...)" What do you mean by this? How can you *not* take a lot of damage?? Unless you get 10 times the funds of your opponent..

Thank you very much for your kind words! You honour me. And, unlike Durthu, I shall ensure that all are welcome and safe in this domain =).
PartyElite awakening of the wood... you get it 👀😂

You're absolutely right! I'm worried about seeing it used on a steam tank =D!

I am loving your videos, both the total breakdown series and the total war guides that you've made so far. Definitely a fan, subbed

Hi Party Elite, could you make more of the Magic Lore Guides, I enjoy them alot and its good to learn what how to use em.. cheers Joe
flesh to stone means about 22% damage reduction ( 1 armor=0,75% damage reduction), far better than an explosion that deal no dmage litteraly
Pretty enlivening video.
Well played - I've got nothin'!
Jae Woo Chung It's full of vital information.

can we have some more quest battles?
Hi I've been enjoying your vids and just wondering, if you are going to do this for the remaining lores of magic? :)
You bet! The magic has been revamped quite a bit with the launch of Bretonnia, so I do have to restart from square one, unfortunately!
P.E check the lore of vampires it's hilarious, you can spam summons and summon in deployment phase.
Yeah I saw! Glad I haven't done a video about it yet, hah. Though the ticking time bomb that is their life seems to provide some balance?
Flow through me Ghyran!
I think you should make a update for Total war warhammer 2 as a lot of things have changed

Mazdamundi approves..
empire has al the lores.....unfair...
except death, vampire, big waagh and little waagh
And chaos.
This is all fault of the elves and Magnus, blame them.
Nils Qualm not the same, life lore on WE is cheap in cost compared to Empire jade wizard.
I forgot those ones
Yea, should make all factions have the same magic and units, then I can call it a fair game.
Who came from Alex The Rambler?
