    I enjoyed this 4 part series! It will be good to combine 2,3 or all 4 together. Good luck on your move to Mexico!

    Thank you for this awesome part four of the Beginner series. I agree about the bungee rebounders vs. ones with coils. I have both and there is a big difference in the bounce. I just do what I can at whatever pace I can keep up with. It's a little frustrating, but I feel like if I'm breathing hard, I'm working hard! Thanks again! :)

    Every exercise was great except the lateral one which I couldnt do because of the limited space in my room and the different size of the rebounder. Overall, loved Part 4! Thank u!

    It would be great to see you turn to the side, so we could see what’s happening a little better.
