What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.
While I have a Bellicon membership online, I love to come here too see what is available and try. Faythe is always a breath of fresh air ! Nice little am pick up when groggy workout.
- Yes, this is a first for me! I've only ever (since the70s) seen people wearing joggers when bouncing on the rebounder! I was looking here specifically for a mention of this - So it's not a complete no-no to use bare feet?
@@reefprayerresin Wearing any type of footwear aside from socks with grippers on them is nonsensical to me. Shoes prevent the feet from working at full capacity -- to strengthen them, as well as to enable better balance overall. Just my two cents. That's why I was so pleased to see Fayth barefoot.
Fabulous workout, thanks so much Fayth. Hard to find with music I like. Really appreciate the effort to put this out for those that don’t have rebounding classes available to us and the location is so beautiful. Cheers from Sharon in Perth Western Australia
Thank you! It’s amazing how energizing the bellicon is. I bounced instead of more ☕️ and felt great. Also, when it got cold my lymph node got swollen. Bouncing diminished it back to normal size! Amazing. More videos please!

It is good that so many people are jumping on the band wagon now to make the rebounder better known; however those who are better and more thorough teachers, who intimately know their product, deserve, in my opinion, the most accolades. David Hall is such a person and a very thorough teacher. I would give him the highest points for excellence and thoroughness in understanding what the Cellulizer does and how it works. This Bellicon rebounder has studied and duplicated the technology of the Cellusizer presented by Dave Hall. but no one has shown the depth and width of understanding that Dave Hall has shown. His knowledge of anatomy and physiology is far superior to any other person's presentation that I have seen.
Glad I bought a rebounder with huge metal springs Arizona dry climate would weaken those bungies in a few months. (Rubber bands, strapless bras, stretchy bracelets and elastic waisted pants don't last long in this climate)
Hi, (!) What size if your rebounder? I noticed your arms reach easily to both sides. (2) How do we figure out the "right size" for our arms to reach both sides? Thanks.
Thank you Fayth ... I thoroughly enjoyed the video. Your location is so beautiful !! I'm considering purchasing a bellicon and needing to decide on bungee strength. I'm 5'2" and 110 lbs. Would medium bungee strength be good ? I have a tender knee and would like low impact. What are your thoughts ?
Nice to meet you! We checked with Fayth and she wrote: "Thank you so much for your kind comment and for bouncing with me! I would recommend Strong bungee strength so your knee has a little more stability, this is what I'm bouncing on in this video" Happy bouncing!
@@belliconusa It would be helpful to know her weight in this video. I could go back and watch the bounce with this weight in mind. That would help me decide better. Thank you again.
I just bought a Bellicon Plus, I need the handle bars. Do you have any videos for seniors; I am a beginner needing exercise for my health. I would like to see a video on the Bellicon Plus. Thanks
@@belliconusa Thank you! I bought my bellicon back when the strength of the bungees was categorized by the color of the metal clips on the bungee chords. My clips are yellow. THe music is quite distracting at around 6minutes

turn the music off, we have our own music playing.
