WORKOUT OVERVIEW:
• 8 total exercises in groups of 2 (supersets)
• 2 sets of each superset
• 30 sec on // 15 sec off // 30 sec extended break between supersets
• dumbbells or some type of resistance
EXERCISES:
1. Curls to Front Squats
2. High Crossover
3. Seated Wide Row
4. Push Ups
5. Lateral Lunge to Upright Row (Left)
6. Lateral Lunge to Upright Row (Right)
7. Bent Over Close Rows
8. Shoulder Press

I jusy got sucker SLAPPED in the FACE with my resistance band on the first sit down exercise. Please be careful guys that the band is secure around the foot area, and you are pulling like them. I thought i was doing it right of course. My face is stinging and my eye hurts a little bit. Im thankful it was not worse. No one wants to end up in the Er or urgent care trying to work out at home. I wont be trying that one again. probably ever in life.
Can i do this workout once a week? Cz i do other workouts 4 times a week..please answer me 😊💜
What the exercises for?
Even with arthritis in elbows the exercises are great thanks

Kind of late but im here!
I started this one month ago and stuck to it and I’ve lost 12 pounds!!!!!! I was tired of the way I looked and didn’t have confidence in myself. I’m starting to get my life back. Thank you for this great work out!!!

Inthefuture yes just got to stick to it, and for me I kept telling myself “I got this”. And I have three kids and even how tired I can be some days I still get up and do the workout. Don’t give up!!! Good luck
This is the third video I’ve tried with bands and it’s the one I’m sticking with. Just the right level for me as a beginner and love the fact that you are keeping it real by going to get your waking child 👶 Thanks from the UK 👍

Due to statewide gym closures, I was somewhat at a loss as to how to use my resistance bands to their full capabilities beyond a few fundamental moves. week 5! WOW what a workout. I feel myself getting stronger. I can get through the push up so much better now than when I began. I absolutely love this channel. The exercises are great and easy to do at home using minimal equipment, they are not excessively long and more motivational than going to a gym full of Popeye lookalikes.

My sister introduced me to your channel a few weeks ago and I love it. I have different bands so having to modify some of the exercises but it’s working really well. I’d just been running and doing home yoga before but this was the extra kick I needed to get me properly back into shape.

Thank you for this video so much even if it's been 5 years. I first started out using it for a small workout at home since I didn't have time (and still don't) to hit the gym more than once a week, now it's evolved into a bigger warmup before I start my normal 30ish minute workout. Without this I probably would've quit exercising half a year ago
I have a persistent neck injury from an auto accident 2 years ago and these work outs are great for keeping it from acting up while getting an amazing work out. Thank you both for the video! Havent been able to lift like i use to and this has been great getting me back into shape

I love this workout. Being a trucker constantly on the road, this is nice workout to incorporate into my weight loss journey. I stretch do 20x burpees, 60x crunches, and start this video five times a week. Plus when I stop for the night walk/jog 3-4 miles a day. Thanks again

Just got my tube bands yesterday and this was a great intro , thanks very much. Perfect workout with some yoga sun salutations to warm up , followed by your workout , then a headstand! Awesome. One point---when you change bands, I would like to if you're changing up to heavier or down to lighter. There is no way of knowing. I just stayed with easy 30lbs from start to finish.

Just finished this as my first workout with bands. Decided to do the strongest resistance band. Really felt the burn in the end but now my body feels like it just got done getting massaged. Saved this one!

I started this exercise routine a month ago and have done it daily. I started slowly and now achieving 15 reps of each exercise. Takes me about 30/35 mins. Already gone up a band strength and also incorporating a yellow band on my press ups.

Just bought some of resistance bands since the gyms are closed and came across this video and I have to say this 15 minutes work out gets you sweating and my muscle are on a good pump!
