Haven’t been able to get a good chest workout for a while but this one got my chest sore (in a good way!!) thanks dude, i first watched you in the beginning of covid and you’ve gotten a lot bigger man, looking good!
We actually moved from that house last year some time. We did just re-do that room though. We no longer have a basement. I think I'm going to have to make a 30 Minute Chest Workout soon!
Hey DJ!! On vacation. Finally Joined annual membership! Yeah! Haven’t started the LnT DB but soon. Instead for today as I wanted something quick I did this chest. I loved it. I can really excels here and I’m up to 25 lb dB on a couple exercises but mostly 20 lb. but hey this was awesome for a quickly. Loved 🥰 it. Keep it going. I noticed you took your shelving unit off the wall ? I guess so the camera can get a good side view lol. Love it. Take care.
My arms felt like jelly at the end of this workout which really surprised me. You weren't lying when you said that you would feel it the next day, boy did I feel it across the top of my chest. Great workout, I've now signed up to your LnT 8 week workout. Just know it's gonna be epic 👍😁

Any amount of resistance will stimulate your muscles, but 5 pounds will only go so far, after a point the amount of reps required for hypertrophy will simply be not worth it. If you're starting out and not very strong 5 pounds will 100% do.
With the low crossover I find it can be tough to focus more on the chest and get too much shoulder into it. The with Cav Crossover I think its easier to target the pec but requires heavier weight to get a good activation.
