I’ve said this a million times
I’ve been single for 7 years and it’ll take someone who’s genuinely interested in me for me to change my relationship status. And in my 7 years being alone I really learned who I really am and I’ve enjoyed my single life. I absolutely have nothing against women I just decided to stay single all this time. I enjoy being single and I do eventually want to find someone absolutely. But I’m in no rush to find anyone
I’m glad I’ve never been a chaser, if I don’t get back the attention I put into her. I walk away and pull back entirely. There was a girl I really liked at the church I go to and every time I talked to her it was a one way conversation. So I let her go and I’m still like friendly to her and say hello to her when I see her. But I’ve moved on and let her go

Not to be contrary, but if that was the formula that did the trick. They, eligible ladies should be beating down my door by now.
It seems that the kinder, more engaged and generous one is, the less it is appreciated ultimately.
I am convinced that the majority of women are so accustomed to being treated poorly by men,
(especially older women who have had several longer term nightmarish relationships a result of repeated poor decision making)
that when they come across a man who treats them with respect and dignity they reject it because it’s so foreign to them.
I’ll tell you ladies, it’s maddening!!!

As an attractive woman you'll never quite understand what men go through to get dates in the first place. Everything is easy mode for you. If you want hard mode try being a man for a week.
Then when men finally get into a relationship it's usually not what he signed up for. And then the process repeats.

I think the just work on yourself advice only works for women. They are not going to approach a guy unless he is a 10. For most guys they are the ones who need to take the initiative and I believe women expect them to as well. I have been working on myself, mostly financially, and after 20 years I can say I have achieved financial independence, I am still single though. The few times women have approached me was when I was young and broke.

    • @ShiniGorky187

@@tonii5690It's true. I am fully independent now and have gotten laid less since college days living with my parents. My first girl friend still hasn't really happened at age 36. Just a series of hookups and friend with benefits.
I even went to a pickup bootcamp, spent a few grand for nothing. But I got to see the whole attitude of guys who go out regularly and approach women. Consistency and perseverance seems to be the only key to getting the women you actually want unless you're a solid 10 like you say. No way around it. And I'm 6'4'' with a lean body, makes little difference if you aren't the one doing the approaching and saying the right things.

No, you're just picking the wrong ones. After dating for the first time in my life at age 38, and going on around 50 first dates, I can tell you that men have a boat load of issues. I had a good dad and was in long relationships with good men before now so I was very surprised. Many of the men I have rejected will say that I have issues when I absolutely know this isn't true, I simply was not into them and I ended it nicely and early. In the past few months I've been verbally abused for not opening texts quickly, told I have attachment issues, been lied to and led on, been sexually molested and emotionally blackmailed. These were guys I went on a few dates with. I've also met a few great guys. What I refuse to do is pander to men in case they call me a bitch or say I have issues. I dust myself off from these events and look at what I can do differently, I don't get butt hurt and start blaming all men.

    1.) Dependent
    2.) Co-dependent

Dependent is the chase - one person chasing the other.
    Co-dependent is both chasing each-other

Courtney, I haven't seen this vid yet, but I will tell you, I love this man and his thinking. He is so real and hits the nail on the head every time I have listened to him. His wisdom is far beyond his age. Noel LaChance, JD

You are the first woman I have ever heard say out loud that not all men cheat. I swear, my biggest pet peeve is women who generalize male behavior based on their poor dating choices. You're right though, men do it too. And its not right.

I get into it with women over that kind of BS. When I first started dating my wife, her sister and her friends acted like they hated me. Many of them talked trash...to me, about me, about men, etc. I was a PUA and had spun plates for years...ever since getting cheated on and then ghosted while in the Marines. To this day, even while seeing 4,5, 6 women at a time, I've NEVER cheated on any woman. I simply told them that I was seeing other women at the time.
Women talk trash about men in my presence and I laugh at them, then counter with the stories of all the guys I served with getting done dirty by their women.
My SIL and some of her friends have now been cheated on, abandoned with kids, etc. They see me...still with my wife and not hitting on any of them. They don't say jack to me anymore about how I am, nor about any other veterans. Not in my presence, anyway.

The stats are they cheat just as much, and then leave and take your stuff too. Then find at 35 that the so called good men want the 26 year old and not them for marriage and become more hateful and bitter and wonder why men don't want them with someone elses kids? They screw themselves in the end literally with and endless technology of vibrators.

Literally. So many Women use the exact same logic racists use in generalising a whole group of people because of the actions of a few people in that group.

I love Darius M’s channel. Very excellent, clear advice. Courtney’s perspective from female vantage point, does center his advice even a bit more. Thanks Courtney! You voice is just so feminine and calming and pleasant to listen to.

Hi, I'm a new subscriber. I love your content. I like how you present things. You sound very articulate, logical and it's nice to see a woman's perspective that isn't disturbingly emotional and biased.

Toxic relationships will destroy one's physical, mental, and emotional health. It's sad to see how many people continue to go through that. Great upload today Courtney; have a blessed weekend. 🤠👍

Use the negativity as fuel to better yourself.
The love of my life moved away and eventually cheated. It drove me insane and hurt for a loooong time. But I got really fit and not for other females. But I completely recalibrated my life and I’ve never been happier with myself.
ALWAYS use negativite energy in a positive manner. If you’re angry hit the gym or clean your apartment! 😂🙌🏼

Yes indeed Soldier Poet, one if not the worst thing you can do is to get into a relationship with the wrong/crazy/evil woman or man. It fucks so many people up for a long time. *Sometimes its better to just turn around and walk away, just walk away*

You should be chasing the happiness you create for yourself. Great quote, great message. I need to start doing this myself more.

Courtney, I don't know what your credentials are, but I think you give very good advice. I do know that I feel better after listening to your advice. You see, I recently needed to end a relationship with someone whom I had previously fallen in love with. Although I loved her, the relationship was no longer healthy. I was miserable most days. Instead of being healthier and happier, I was less healthy and less happy. Anyway, I happened to stumble upon your channel, and I just wanted you to know that your advice has helped. Oh, it still hurts, but it hurts less, and I am reassured that I made the right decision. Thanks!

Emotions are needed in the right context. A friend cares, a lunatic hurts you and herself because she may have no clue how to deal with love. Time is the cure when nothing else works.
