🍵準備食材:
高筋粉 250g
低筋麵粉 50g
食鹽 3g
細砂糖 10g
耐高糖酵母粉 2.5g
冰牛奶約 200g(預留10g慢慢添加)
🍵抹茶起司餡:
奶油乳酪 100g(提前軟化好)
糖粉 15g
抹茶粉 6g
全脂奶粉 40g
🥨鹼水:
烘焙鹼 20g➕清水 500g攪拌均勻
(浸泡30秒撈出瀝乾水分)
🥨烘烤:
烤箱上下管200度,提早預熱,中層烤20分鐘。
