All he had to do was ask them to leave if they refuse then get the police to handle it. He only need to observe and report.

So being security doesn't mean having to defend yourself from aggressors? The supervisor has done a lot of damage to the security company with her attitude.
You always have the right to defend yourself regardless of what the circumstances are. From
The security company’s perspective, it’s a liability issue. Their insurance premiums are super high. So they only want level 2 officers observing and reporting. They didn’t fire him for it, he quit. I understand where both sides are coming from because I do private security.
Seriously who wants a security company that doesn’t want its guards to do security? That’s ridiculous!
@@Mr.3500TXRight but she came across unhinged
Correct. And she did exactly as is expected by her company. I was once a level 2 officer. I was punished for detaining an active shooter. Put on unpaid leave, made to redo all my training and such. Even the sheriff's deputy who responded told me that I was gonna get in a heap of trouble for stopping all that death. The country is primarily focused on protecting the criminals. Too much "compassion" from a certain majority voting block.
No they're protecting their bottom line their contract with the insurance company they don't want it to go up regardless if that's policy how if you save people from being shot killed or whatever you would have to be punished for that. So who do you know that will stand by and let that happen this ain't a fucking shoplifter when you have an active shooter for multiple people trying to steal a car with a weapon. Yes, in Florida around 90-95% of security firms act this way. Private security is profit driven. The state FDACS.gov industry boards only meet every 5yr. They are made up mostly of security mgrs, company owners, range officers. That -lady- supervisor was ridiculous
Well he’s good now he has a new job
@Matthew-is1ihignorant means you lack knowledge. His response was a description of exactly what happened in the video. Seems pretty well informed to me. Your response is nonsense. Stay mad forever.
@Matthew-is1ih Was telling me that you can't read a paragraph supposed to be some sort of "gotcha" moment? That was weak.
I'm so glad that he stood up for himself and quit because that woman does not value your life to blame you for being attacked by criminals for doing your job. So glad this gentleman stepped up for you. That supervisor and manager doesn't deserve to work in security or anything in protection. The nerve she had worrying about you being on camera than your actual life and safety was atrocious.
Wow. What a Karen.
A (B) is a better description.
She probably owned slaves when she was younger
Look at how respectful and nice he was to the supervisor still. Dude should be a police officer
I agree 👍 💯
Glad it was another brother who reached out to help him.

That's why we have to look out most definitely in these trying tines

I'm not sure what the basis of his lawsuit would be.

Your slow. Level 2 hands off company mean you keep your hands off. You hear her say you touched him. Why chase after somebody and be surprised that u get fired
@@bobbya8295 wtf does that matter, the policy is also to detain suspects but I guess you didn’t read that part huh? Your slow af my guy they passed private property tried to steal his car and then assaulted him… you don’t have to be a fucking rocket scientist to know what to do next and if you’re a security guard with a mentality like what you just commented, then please quit you’re going to get a lot of people hurt, and a lot possessions stolen. @ChrisZ70 When cops try to detain people, and they fight back, they have to physically detain them then. He was doing his job. His boss chose to video bombed the interview and, in her uniform, made it known that her employee's life and safety didn't matter. You don't just let people who are hell bent on committing a crime just walk away. How stupid are you!
@@ChrisZ70Just curious though. Would you still come on this forum? If that man had been white and those 2 black kids attacked him like that? Would you say he was wrong then?
Good for both of them. God bless.

Before integration, this is how blacks always lifted one another up--good to see it still exists. This is how us whites make it, we are very nativist, putting our own first always--everyone else secondary & tertiary.

@@ChrisZ70 I saw your other comments. You are correct on some points but in the REAL world 🌎 some people have emotions, feelings, events. In 2023, I had a situation with multiple suspects, criminal acts. The local PD did not arrive for 35+ min. 35. This was after the PD chief & command staff knew the major crimes were going on, serious threats to federal employees. The security mgr acted unprofessional but the guard was not 💯 right either.

Only in the clown 🤡 world would a dude doing his fricken job , get attacked and defend himself

That’s how weak society is. Keep your head up and don’t stay unemployed, just keep doing what you do. We can see what happened and are disgusted.
Unlike most you are not a coward and you were punished for it.

Oh new job. Excellent

Why is the supervisors face blocked out? Uniform or no uniform she stepped up to the cameras running her mouth, show her face. Bless this man. God said you need something better and I'm going to bring it to you. Done.
Thank you! It pisses me off that they’d protect someone who intentionally approached the camera, instead of just waiting for them to finish.
Because she did not give consent to be recorded and they were on private property. Not saying it’s fair but it is a limitation of media that doesn’t want to get sued.

@@mariantreber8055 Facts!!
It was Beautiful to see a Successful Black Business Owner step in without hesitation to help a Qualified Black secure a better position with more training in an environment that welcomes him. It would have been great to see that Man's former Supervisor show concern and do her job properly. It would have felt fair for that other Supervisor to be held accountable for how she mismanaged a very serious situation for their employee. But that isn't what we saw. We saw a White Woman in a position of Authority scold a Black Man who had no choice but to attempt to prevent his property being stolen with no support or aid to assist him safely. She reacted poorly because she skipped steps in her own management and made it a point to publicly belittle him after a traumatic experience. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon. Often certain companies will deliberately place poor middle management in their departments to ensure high turnovers that work in their favor from a financial standpoint, and they use People of Color to experience these tactics on.
@@js1112111... Since you seem so interested in disparaging aspects of the Black Community, does it pain you to see something positive such as a Black Man giving a Qualified Black Man a job? And are you keep track of the disparaging data that exists heavily within the White American Community? There are some very interesting data points you should really research in reference to violence and other crimes. Go ahead and take a gander at some of that, and let us know your thoughts. Take care.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is how you prop up your community!!!
