This man was born to be a doctor. I've never heard someone in the health field explain anxiety like this before. He just explain exactly what I went through a couple year ago. I seriously though I was going to die. 😧 I went to so many doctors, cardiologist, psychiatrist, etc and nobody could help me.. there was just no answer and I felt so helpless. I wish there was a Dr Sanjay Gupta I could have gone to when I needed help most. Bless your kind soul. Namaste👏
Karlene Davies he truly is amazing isn’t he! He probably has no idea how many of us are sitting at home late at night searching for the answers our own doctors haven’t been able to give us! The kindest man on the internet
i feel like crying i am so relieved,iv'e suffered for years on and off (18) with missed beats, flutter, rolling ,thumps ect and finding your videos has just made an awful lot of difference ,today was terrible, had them on and off all day,my stress levels were throu the roof, hence me googling ,always looking for answers, well i truely found one tonight, god bless you .
I have been a Registered nurse in a very well known and one of the best medical centers in the US and I can say I have never met any cardiologist as AMAZING as you… many great ones I have worked with and am friends with but none compares to you! Thank you!
i honestly wish i could travel from sydney to York just to see you Dr Gupta. The doctors I have seen here just dont seem to get it. God bless you for creating these videos.
I've suffered with this for 12 years now, watching this video almost had me in tears as it's the only real explanation which 100% fits my problems. I could honestly kiss you now!!
Amazing explanation, I suffer from anxiety and palpitations and its very hard to deal with. Now Im gonna save this video and watch it everytime I get fear about them. Thank you so much.
I see lots of health anxiety sufferers in the thread here and this gentleman sure did articulate well and took some anxiety load of your shoulders. Good on this doctor. I wish him well.
You are incredibly brilliant! You explain things so well, that when I watch your videos, I literally feel my ectopic beats go away! I am a very stressed and anxious wife and mother of 3 that is trying to deal with family life and a full time job! I tend to have more health related anxiety and feel as though at times it runs my life. So I am so appreciative, of you taking the time to make these. They are very beneficial and I'm positive you have helped so many! Thank you!
+York Cardiology You're one in a thousand doctors - who take time to explain these things to the patients. As a 66 year old man who has had anxiety issues (much better now) since college age or before, and felt PVC's in my stomach, chest, etc. since then, I am happy to see a doctor who is holistic and not judgmental or wanting to give someone a beta blocker or something that can as you know, make things worse and give a patient MORE symptoms! I get them when I eat too much, get stomach bloat, am anxious, and because my doctor feels that when I am stressed and my back muscles very tense or having "fasciculations" I also get them when I get a back muscle fasciculation. He ties this into the vagus nerve and things being overly "sensitized." He even put me on an EKG and then pushed the tender spots twitching off and on in my back muscles, and when I got a twitch I told him, and sure enough, on the rhythm strip, it showed that I "threw" an ectopic unifocal PVC! I also get positional PVC's - sometimes when I go to sleep and turn on my left side. So I switch to my back or right side, and they go away. The body is fascinating, but also, can cause benign symptoms which are scary - especially those prone to anxiety. We need more doctors like you, Dr. Gupta, in the USA! :) By the way, I have had echo, Holter, Thallium scan, and all other tests of course. All "negative." God bless you, sir! Please continue the videos!!
Sierra, so do you still have ectopics heartbeats even after your health related anxiety has been treated? cuz im very aware of my heart beats and of courseee i feel my ectopics... i suffer of anxiety aswell most related with my health and fear that something horrible happens to me ... either doingexercise or not... ... what has been your way to get over it?
Der spanier, I started working out daily and walking no less than two miles a day on my elliptical. I also started taking magnesium along with my daily vitamin. They have virtually disappeared. I still get them from time to time when I eat and need to go to the bathroom, or if I'm very anxious. But it really seems like exercising and eating better have helped me. I hate them so much, I got to where I dreaded when they would start and that would start them. Try the magnesium, it's worth a shot!
I get them when I eat as well. Also bending over, laying down. All the classic reasons. That's what's confusing and that they've lasted 20 years now. I'm afraid to go anywhere, do anything, (with my kids) Sleep, go to work. The general anxiety BS and panic that goes along with it. Don't show any heart problems. I can't take anti-depression med's or SRRI's without serious side effects. This is very debilitating. I used to not let it bother me but it's back sorry to say.
Thanks so much for this Sanjay, you are describing me, I've become hypersensitive to my RVOT ectopics. Have seen three cardiologists here in Hong Kong now out of fear that I have a serious heart condition. Four 24 hour holter monitors, 2 echoes 6 months apart of my heart, 2 stress treadmill tests, 2 full blood work ups, several trips to A&E in panic, numerous consultations and 'normal' ECG's etc. later, apparently I'm physically very healthy, and after a year of this, finally visited a counsellor to work on my health anxiety. Your video is great because it helps to reaffirm my belief this condition is psychological, manifesting itself physiologically.
I can’t say thank you enough for this video. I could cry, never thought anyone would understand what I deal with and explain it so well. I know this is an older video. But you’ve helped me already! Thank you!!
Breanna Mikolinski seriously though. It’s like he was specifically talking to us in a visit. Now, let’s hope we can stop hearing them! How have you come along with your palpitations and your anxiety?
What a fantastic doctor! His presentation is so good he makes it seem as though you have a personal consultation with him. His advice is really helpful.
I have been having some irregular heartbeats over the past few months, and have been worrying about it constantly ever since I started noticing them. And, like was explained, noticing them and worrying about them has only made my palpitations and overall life, worse. I had gone to my doctor to get their opinion, and they said that they were anxiety related, which I had assumed, but needed someone to tell me. After a few weeks or more, they started again, and my mind convinced me that the doctor was wrong, and that there was something more going on. Considering I have some very minor heart defects from birth, my senses have always been heightened to pick up the slightest changes in my heart rate, I immediately jumped to the conclusion that my heart was failing... Thanks, Brain. This video has essentially saved me. The way that this was explained, was perfection, and made the most sense out of anything that I've heard. Most people just say "Oh, it's anxiety." and leave it at that. Well, that doesn't necessarily help me, because I already knew that, I just needed to know WHY. I feel that there has been a weight released from my shoulders now, knowing that it really is all in my head. As a "stereotypical" American man, I know I need to get in better shape, but now I understand that I am going to be okay, and that I will get through this. So, thank you for this. You have helped, immensely.
You’re an angel here on earth. What an amazing cardiologist you are, I saw a cardiologist just two days ago for PAC’s, and while he was excellent, he didn’t describe, or put my mind (heart) at ease like this short video. I will thank you for the rest of my life. God Be With You!
All these years later and still relevant and refreshing. I know in my head that my ectopics are anxiety driven. I literally stop them when they come. It’s really a mental thing. Our bodies respond to us. I have to work on my health anxiety. I keep hearing about CBT. And you’re so correct. The anxiety causes the tension and discomforts which triggers the anxiety which triggers the discomfort. I have to break that cycle at the source. The anxiety!!!
Dr. Gupta thank you for this great explanation. My 33 year old son works very hard and is a very anxious person who sometimes notices his ectopic heart beat when his stress levels rise. When he is at the gym he said it doesn't happen. When I show him your video, I know it will help him a lot. Many thanks.
I have been suffering with palpitations for about 2 weeks which I am sure is stress/anxiety related. However when I get them I get anxiety and they get worse because I am panicking. It’s such a viscous cycle. After watching this it makes me feel so much better. Anxiety is is debilitating. Thank you for your videos x
I have ectopics . I feel weird. I feel many people are there around the world like me who needs your help. Your way of presentation is literally awesome. Please dont shut down your channel.
You are so awesome Doc! I’m a 34 yr old male and have been struggling with these nasty sensations since my early 20’s. I’ve been to the ER GP and two diffrent cardiologist and had blood work, ekg and echo and have ALL came back normal. To this day I still get them from light flutters to strong thuds and multiples.. it has ruined my life to the point I have lost my job and I don’t go out no more with my family. Like you said in you’re video I’m a very anxious person and anxiety has really done a number on me... i go to you’re videos and they make me feel a lot better and give me a piece of mind. I’m in the United States and wise he’s there was a Dr here with at least half of your knowledge.. I tip my hat off to you
Once i was told that i had HBP my anxiety went through the roof! I was living life oblivious to the idea of a heart attack, stroke, or anything else. Got my diet together stopped drinking every weekend and loss 65 pounds and now have normal bp numbers. But my anxiety is now the problem. It is a very vicious cycle. Thank you so much for all of your information. If it wasnt for you and Dr. Berg(keto guy) i would he lost. You are greatly appreciated. I feel our fear is used against us in the current predatory medical industry.
You have no idea how great a service you are doing. If I would have had this info 15yrs ago, I wouldn't be im the mess I am now. Medication changed my life. Helped with anxiety yes, but ruined my get up and go.
Finding your videos has changed my life! My palpitations have gone away. Plus, it doesn't hurt that you're handsome.... no offense to my own handsome husband. Lol
Thank you so much Dr. Gupta for taking the time to do these videos for us (the ones that suffer on a daily basis of ectopics). I will be seen this week by a cardiologist who will do a holter and echo. Looking forward to consult you as well. Blessings
Wow just wow, here I am in 2020 and I’m just getting the understanding what I been praying for. Thank you so much. I’ve been having heart palpitations and I went to the ER and everything checked out perfect but I was still getting these palpitations which started giving me panic attacks everyday but now I felt all my anxiety melt away!!
I have suffered all My adult life with these. Im 60 and although i knew all of this, to hear you deliver the information in such a caring and informative way was wonderful. Thank you so much ❤
Bravo. All i can say is I wish you were my doctor- My heart all the sudden started racing at rest two months ago, and I have gone twice to the ER, I have seen a cardiologist, internal med doctors, and stress tests, Eco, blood test and no one said anything close to how well you have put it- Thank you
You are Amazing! Thank you so much, i feel so much better knowing that i haven't got a heart problem, yesterday i prayed to god to guide me to find out why i get anxiety and panic attacks and I found your video's, now i know i have to change the way i am thinking for a better quality of life:)
Not only you are a magnificent doctor, you seem to be a lovely human. Making videos for all of us to watch, people you have never met and probably never will, to reassure us and make some of our anxiety and pain go away. Thank you so much, doctor. I wish there were many like you out there, calming and guiding all their patients. Keep up your wonderful work and may God bless you and your family, Lila from Athens, Greece.
I did a consult with him online it was amazing ! Great guy really answered all my questions felt like he woulda stayed on the phone all night he was in absolutely no rush ! Highly recommend
I have listened to this Sanjay Gupta for awhile now and he is very well read and seems to have rational approaches to irrational problems (like anxiety). The thing that is tricky about health anxiety is that you seemingly forget all the past experiences you had with it and that it turned out alright after getting checked up. When you are in the thick of it, it is very hard to remind yourself that this too will pass. I definitely think I need anxiety medication at some points but I refuse to give in because I feel like I can figure this out. It is a conundrum but I want to have control and I feel like medication would be a surrendering of this, sort of turning on autopilot instead of taking control of the module and pulling out of the spiral.
You've just changed my life. This video was so helpful, u have no idea how i was mentally suffering with this. Thank you for explaining it so thoroughly . I'm a subscriber 4 life. God bless u.
I have serious Heath anxiety/ hypochondriasis and it’s a nightmare. My heart is a serious concern in my anxiety. I get anxiety chest pains and palpitations. This video was referred to me through Instagram. It was very helpful. Thank you
Dr Sanjay you are amazing, when i watch your videos i really so reassured that these ectopics and palpitations that i experience are very common and harmless x
I love your info. it's never scary and always timely. You make sense and rjis video especially strikes a chord as I have health anxiety, especially heart related issues. Thank you so much for posting these.
thanks so much for the videos, i have ectopics and suffer from anxiety. i have been making the connection but just knowing that you feel them more because of anxiety makes you feel much better.
This video is amazing and I have ectopic beats when especially brought on by thinking about getting them! Then I get a lot, it’s just a vicious cycle! Time to get heart palpitations out of my subconscious mind! Thanks for ALL your informative vids!😊❤️
I have a similar issue. It’s almost like my thoughts cause the skipped beats.! We must believe that if we can cause them we can stop them by thought..! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
You're brilliant, I have suffered from palpitations for years. It scares me every time though. Feels like a flutter to me I have anxiety and depression. 😭
Always come back to this man when my ectopics start up. They can be gone for months and then they come back with a vengeance which they have been doing the last couple of hours. Not only is this man incredibly helpful but so are the comments from the many other in the same situation I am in.
Thank you. I've been in a very bad state with health anxiety for months and heart palpitations have been one of the most concerning symptoms I have, even after seeing a cardiologist. This is very enlightening.
I had an ectopic episode on the way home from work before, and now I’ve just had another which made me wake up. Now I’m here doing my research. My first episode happened in July and I know exactly what Is causing my anxiety. This has helped me a lot, thank you. Especially when saying it is not life threatening!
Dr. Gupta..you are such a big help to me....I've been battling with anxiety for so long coupled with unexplainable palpitations...but when I saw your video..it brought a lot of positive impact to me. Thank you soooo much doc..
thank you so much for describing this in a way without overpowering or in a passive aggressive matter. I've been recently having ectopic beats throughout the day and am realizing it's nothing more that anxiety....
God bless you sir. You put words to what I’ve been going through for a couple of years now. I’m a 32 year old mother of 4 with no heart defects or other conditions.4 doctors told me my heart is healthy , it’s just anxiety. But it’s hard to believe when you’re feeling these palpitations, breathlessness, and occasional ectopics almost daily. But your calm explanations have eased my mind. Thanks. God bless from USA
Thanks for this. I had AFIB for several years over which I was extremely symptomatic (anxious and depressed). After a second ablation, sessions of AFIB declined enormously. Nonetheless, I remained hyper attuned to my heart --always afraid that the AFIB will return. Following the second ablation, regular EKGs picked up no AFIB but frequent ectopic events. While I was not initially aware these were occurring, I became more and more aware of them gradually over time -- to the point where, now, I feel them all the time. The cycle you described fits my experience very well. With the first few initial ectopic events I picked up, my anxiety spiked, I listened more intently for other such events, got much better at recognizing them, making me more anxious and so on..... Thanks for your analysis and advice (and all your very useful videos)!!
Proud to live in york! I am so happy I watched this tonight. I seem to only notice my palpitations at night when I’m trying to sleep and it wakes me up, gives me an adrenaline rush from the anxiety of it which keeps me awake. It’s difficult to convince yourself fully that you’re okay lol the mind is a powerful thing
I started suffering from palpitations 3 years ago. all started when I was at the peak of fitness. I had a virus but was still staying active. I was also on a low carb diet. when I suddenly notices my first pvc. it has sent me to the ER many times and seek cardiologists privately. So far they can't find anything wrong with me accept a diagnosis of Health Anxiety. Living with Palpitations has ruined my life but somehow manage to get by. After finding you doc I started taking Magnesium. It has removed palps by about 90%. SO THANK YOU for the informative videos and advice. Steve
Hi. The only way to get rid of them is to first understand that your hypersensitive now to them. Next you have to stop worrying about them. Meaning change tour response. Which is fear. Ive had 4 years of therapy and the less stressed I am the less I feel them.
I just want to echo what others have said. Thank you for making these videos, you are a really good person. I have had anxiety since i was about 18, im now 31. I have finally started to overcome my anxiety via acceptance and self compassion. Interestingly, as I actually started to get over it and relax, I felt wonderful for a few weeks then ectopics started. I had felt heart hiccups before but never like this. My mum has heart disease and it runs in my family so i am going to get checked. I have heard what you said though, for anxious people our mind really can play tricks on us. Anxious people are highly self conscious and self monitor, so I will extend my acceptance to my ectopics. take care
I've been suffering from these for years and was convinced something maybe wrong with me because I get them many times a day but I was also diagnosed with GAD....this video actually made me cry just because I had a release of the fear I had
Recently, i was diagnosed with VPCs. I was very scared and my mind always kept noticing my heart beats. But this video gave me a big relief. It was like getting a new life.
I have health anxiety and when it is really bothering me I noticed the skipped beats more, it is a vicious circle. Thank you for this video and your help.
Nothing more frustrating then feeling light hit your heart 40 or so times a day and a doctor telling you. Your fine. Absolutley engaging. Guarantee if 100 people felt what I feel every day 90 would be in the ER. it bloody sucks and I cant get answer or a solution to save mylife.
Thank you Dr. Gupta, this makes so much sense. It is scary when I notice my pvc’s but watching your videos I’m not too scared anymore. And your voice is very calming too.
Brilliant! I know for sure that millions of people (including me) have had extreme anxiety over the covid threat, people dying of it, being "locked down" etc. I was very ok in myself before all that, Worry about my family, extended family, friends, and me getting it. Why did some die and some not? Ectopics abounded! This is spot on, Thank you.
What a gorgeous little dog is Bluebell. Thankyou Sanjay. I had very obvious palpitations last night . It felt like , on taking my pulse that my heart suddenly stopped for a split second, then quickly took up the next beat to carry on. No pain, just a bit alarming. My best friends funeral yesterday and a long journey to get there, and family members getting stressed and squabbling? So not surprising. I’m glad to be reassured it’s not serious , and that , I will be ok once I’ve destressed .
this has helped me so much this evening. ❤ I’ve had bad anxiety ever since I was young. especially health-related anxiety. when I started experiencing palpitations, it was hard to get my mind not to focus on them. i get them quite often, and I am constantly hyper-aware of my heartbeat (especially when trying to fall asleep). i’ve been to so many doctors & cardiologists, even the ER, and everything always comes back normal. it’s like deep in my mind, i know i’m okay, but the anxiety & “what-if’s” overpower the logic, lol. anxiety is vicious!! sometimes these palpitations will happen when i’m not even feeling particularly anxious! but you’ve explained it in a way i’ve never heard before, and instantly made me feel relief. thank you so, SO much. ❤
Dear Dr. First of all special thanks to you, for awaring peoples across the country about their health issues. I am suffering from palpitation, anxiety more particularly while sleeping. I have noticed couple of symptoms whenever this thing happen during midnight: this palpitation creates beats in left hemisphere of brain (doc diagnosed it as tension headache) and it creates numbness, tightness, and slight weakness across left part of the whole body. It also occur in day when i hold my whole body tightly in stationary position and try to hear my heart beat carefully.Surprisingly my day/ night beats are normal according to your demonstration and they are perfectly matching with normal beats that you have demonstrated in one of your videos. According to me, the most consistent problem that causing these effects is my anxiety level. Even low pitch of noise awaken me while sleeping with subsequent heart palpitation which makes me nervous initially, then palpitation, followed by the pressure/heaviness in left hemisphere of brain. My ECG, Brain MRI, thyroid, vitamin b12, B.P, pulse rate are perfectly fine. I am suffering from the same problem from last seven years when i used to workout 3 hours day (health freaks must have to read this) and now started consuming Terminalia arjuna, which has given tremendous relief, although causing slight constipation which is manageable. Is it dangerous, since in my case its connected with brain and am i prone ischemic stroke? Can i avoid doing exercise, treadmill, cardiac. I suggest all viewers whenever this thing happen in midnight start taking deep breath (pranayama and kapalbharti) unless your heart will not regain perfect rhythm. Doc, please suggest me the first step to treat this problem. Dr. Saurabh Associate Prof.
SO GLAD I FOUND THIS! I am from Sydney, Australia, am a healthy 24 year old female who is having ectopics >20% of the time (have had for 3-4 years). I have seen various cardiologists and had every test under the sun (twice over) and this has stressed me out for many years. I feel every beat I experience and it causes me distress. These videos are a godsend, especially the breathing exercises. Thank you!
Dr. Gupta thank you so much❤🙏 you just described exactly what i am going through right now every single little thing related to my heart or chest its like my brain is fine tuning to nothing but that. And i find myself building up my anxiety more and more everyday to the point that couple days ago i struggled falling asleep because thats all i can think of, the what if's blah blah my brain wont shut up until almost an hour later. The next day my blood pressure was high of course..no proper sleep and all and the anxiety and stress. Then this adds up to my anxious brain again😢 it is so good to hear it coming from you that im actually not imagining things. That my anxiety is indeed the root cause of it all. You are such a blessing to us all. Stay safe and healthy. Namaste.
This wasn't only helpful but really lifesaving! my doctor put a monitor on me for 24 h and then, he had noticed lots of ectopic heart beats. I ve been on pills since then but, once I stop it increases and scares me alot. I feel like I'm gonna die or have a heart attack, so I get scared and it just increases. I will keep this vid in mind and maybe watch it again and again to reduce my fear. Thanks doctor
My sincerest thankyou to you Dr. Sanjay Gupta!!! You have changed my life and given me the mental tools to change this anxiety cycle I've been trapped in for the last year. My deep and constant fears have been completely eased!!! Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!!!!!!!!!
I have been getting them for days now ... Went to my doctors when they were popping every few beats! She did a ECG/EKG and side everything looks fine. Not to worry but when you get them and your super sensitive to your body they can run your life! I've started CBT therapy, I'm hoping this helps! I have major panic disorder and GAD. Doctors trying to control my anxiety with meds but I read the stupid labels and what's on there Side effects racing heart and palpitations!! I know they are rear but it's just a vicious circle! Thanks for the video! Eased mind for tonight.. Lol and good luck to any viewers having the same problem you're not alone!
This makes sense why my skipped heartbeats come like clock work the same hour while I'm lying in bed....anxiety ..stress I have so much on my mind..and gotten so use to them I will quiet myself to see if I feel one and then boom I do
As a Chronic Lymphocitic leukaemia patient shielding for 3.5 years I totally agree!! Before the pandemic I had never suffered from anxiety. Now I have excessive ectopic beats.
Thank you Dr. Gupta. I cannot stress (poor choice of wording!) how much this has helped me in the few minutes it took to watch it. Keep up the great work!
You are a genius. This sounds like me word for word. Since I had my last noticeable pvc, I have been monitoring myself everyday thinking I will get more. When I do this I get MORE. When I forget about these beats they seem to VANISH! Seems like the more attention I give these beats, the more I get. I have been checked out by numerous doctors, and everything is okay. I think convincing myself is my worst enemy.
Such explanation has made a massive difference! I have been plagued with ectopics and this has disarmed the constant alarm I have been tormented by on a daily basis! Thank you Dr Gupta your amazing
What a great guy and great advice. Anxiety is crippling but the ectopics are the worst symptom from my own experience. But listening to your interpretation has really made sense. Thank you
This doctor is an Angel and an eminence in the subject of all kinds of ectopics. He is wonderful. Watch his videos…. You will feel better when you learn about your heartbeats… it’s mostly anxiety and not knowing how ectopics happen and or why your anxiety is happening. ❤
This man was born to be a doctor.
I've never heard someone in the health field explain anxiety like this before.
He just explain exactly what I went through a couple year ago.
I seriously though I was going to die. 😧
I went to so many doctors, cardiologist, psychiatrist, etc and nobody could help me.. there was just no answer and I felt so helpless.
I wish there was a Dr Sanjay Gupta I could have gone to when I needed help most.

Hey! Can you list down of how you feel when you get them? And also how are you now?
Amazing explanation, I suffer from anxiety and palpitations and its very hard to deal with.
Now Im gonna save this video and watch it everytime I get fear about them.

Your video is great because it helps to reaffirm my belief this condition is psychological, manifesting itself physiologically.
thank you so much:-)
You're an amazing person, Dr. Gupta! We all love and appreciate you!

Wow this is exactly what I’m going thru no one has ever put it into words like this your a great man !
You have helped, immensely.
you've been our anxiety savior! thank you for your wisdom and good heart to help people like us. This condition is killing us from the inside
How are you now
You just said my words ...
We will beat this anxiety disorder. Have patience
'You are not going to fall.. Drop down dead'
I need this as my new ringtone.
😂😂👍🏾
I love it! You're not going to "drop down dead"! Gets your attention!
How are you doing now?
This has made me feel a lot better! I really wish my cardiologist was like you instead sending me away with little information.

Thank you so much, doctor. this Doc is awesome! Another great helping video. Thanks Doc

Hello maria do you still have same symptoms,?
@@لوناحياتيi have 🥺
Thanks for this.
You are the best doc ever .... wish you were in India
Amaaaazing!!! Have suffered from these for close to 20years and if only l had bumped into this earlier. Glad l did anyway. Thank you
I started suffering from palpitations 3 years ago. all started when I was at the peak of fitness. Steve
Steve Davis I been there 🥴🙏🏼
How u resolve that..??
Do u get non stop palpitations???
Hi.
The only way to get rid of them is to first understand that your hypersensitive now to them. Next you have to stop worrying about them. Meaning change tour response. Which is fear. Ive had 4 years of therapy and the less stressed I am the less I feel them.
Magnesium did help but I havent taken them for a year and don't use them now. I just try to manage my anxiety. Anxiety drives them.
Anxious people are highly self conscious and self monitor, so I will extend my acceptance to my ectopics. take care
How are you now?
Someone linked this to me. I’m so happy I watched it. It helped so much more then everything the doctors had said
I've been suffering from these for years and was convinced something maybe wrong with me because I get them many times a day but I was also diagnosed with GAD....this video actually made me cry just because I had a release of the fear I had

Dr. Saurabh
Associate Prof.

Thank you!
How many ectopics do you get?
Honestly without your videos I wouldn't be able to cope with the eptopics
Namaste.

God love's you!!
This is true for me as well. I was diagnosed as a hypochondriac about 5 years before the pvcs started

+Hopeless Games thank you so much:-)
