Look for videos on subjects you are interested in. Get out of the English learning loop. It might be related to your work or hobbies. It should be about things you normally talk about
The sound is very low
Check your sound card. Or restart your computer.
Yes, the sound was low until 3:14, then the sound was clear until 9:25. After 9:25, the sound was low again.

sound is fine
Shadowing isn't waiting and then repeating. It's speaking over the audio. You're using a different method. Not shadowing. Change the title.
You have to listen before you can do that. Unless you have a script. Which kills any improvement. Then you're reading not mimicking, which is the basis of the shadowing technique
