I was 39 weeks and 3 days and I did this video and went into labor that evening. Thank you because the doctor wanted to induce me and I really wanted to go on my own. These exercises worked and helped with pushing baby out quickly
I’m 39w and 3 days and I AM SO READY. I am jealous you went into labor that evening. I just finished the exercise and I’m hoping it helps to move me forward.
39 weeks today just finished this work out 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Lol I’m 40wk tomorrow and I’ve been doing these for a while now. 😫😫😫😫 come on baby!!!!
Am exactly this let me try
It was just because it was time.
This really helped me to go in labour hours before my planned induction and I am really greatful it worked!
Dear Moms, I was very desperate and impatient at 41+2 weeks, doing exercises every single day plus trying natural inducing methods. Finally, waters have broken and I went to the hospital. Nothing went the way I expected and I had to have the C section. What I realised at the end when I met my baby was that I was super happy and kept being strong no matter what. Of course, it's always better to stick to positive stories, but my story wasn't that bad. I think the baby was very comfortable inside of me. I want to thank Jessica for the exercises and the good attitude she passed to me through the whole experience! Thank you😇
Very proud of you ❤
Same story here mommy! All things got the best after birth, having a strong connection with my daughter
I am not gonna lie. This is actually works i did this excercise when i was 38weeks and 6 days at around 10pm the next day i was having a lot of pain and went to the Hospital i was 4-5cm already. And im in active labour i dilated so fast. My baby was born at exact 39weeks. Thank you for this video
Literally did this exercise Tuesday morning at 10am , did a 1 mile walk at 1pm went into labor at 4am
Thursday morning !!!! 36 weeks whewwww🎉
Isn't 36 weeks too soon? Anyways glad to know it might work, because I'm almost 40 weeks and I want to give birth already, and I don't want to be induced 😪😪😪😪😪😪
36 weeks isn’t even considered full term. Please do not encourage this at this gestation.
I was 3cmm dilated the day before yesterday .. I watch this UA-cam and now I’m admitted at 5cmm and about to give birth today I’m 37 weeks and 5 days
Omg thank you so much you are the best !!!
37 weeks today, and this is JUST what I needed!! Thank you!
A day after my due came across this, did it, 2hours later i was in early labour, did it again to help my contraction and it speed it up, the next day i had my baby ❤
40w3d and this felt amazing for my hips and lower back, thank you 💕 so relaxing during these last few days!
I was 39 weeks and 2 days. Did these exercises and went into labor that night!
Awesome stretches , I am 35 weeks tomorrow and I have been sick for the past month with acute bronchitus coughing non stop. Felt so good to stretch , as my belly is super tensed and also all my body exhausted from all that coughing! Thanks for these exercises going to do them everyday . Praying for an healthy birth🙏
I’m about 37 weeks with twins and this helped soooo much! Much needed stretching, thank you!!
Almost 37 weeks! Some days I just can't do exercises on my feet, so these ball exercises are amazing. Thank you for all your videos!
I am 33 weeks pregnant and really enjoyed this class! Thank you so much, Jess. I’m a big fan of yours!!!
Loved this one! 37 weeks and this felt really good I love your videos thank you xx
Wow! I was about to be induced, I was 38 weeks pregnant when I started doing this yoga poses with the ball for five days, on day 5th my water broke. That day I did go hiking earlier possibly a combination of both helped out or only the yoga. But after doing these poses every night I felt a big difference. I feel positive this yoga helped induce my labor naturally faster.
Can I just say I just did it for my first time and it relived so much of the pain i was feeling in my hips and back ❤️❤️
I’m 39+3 today and this video was wonderful, thank you so much! I’ve been so stiff and have had a lot of pelvic pain, plus mobility issues have really come to the fore the past few days (can barely get up/walk!), and this has truly helped! I was doing your other videos for most of my pregnancy but have neglected moving my body lately and this has reminded me how important it truly is! Thanks again ✨💜
Thank you for all the videos I did a lot of exercices that you teach us! Im now in my week 36 of pregnancy and this video helped me a lot to be more comfortable and relax my muscles and relief back pain! Keep going 👍
I loved this one for a easy going day...I am 37 weeks+3days and doing your videos since week 14....almost every day! thank you a lot, they are great!!!!! I will keep on doing this one, it felt sooooo god! thank you!!!
37+3 and this felt so good. As someone who experiences really painful SPD during pregnancy I was expecting to not be able to do many of the stretches. I was surprised that most of them actually felt GOOD! I of course listened to my body and only went as deep into the stretches as was comfortable. Feeling so much more comfortable and calm after this. Thank you!!
I love this! Such a nice stretch and I really needed it today.
Kinda hard to do some of these for us big mama's lol 😆
38+5 today tried this video today and the stretches felt really good. I love your videos I’ve been doing a lot of different ones you offer for a couple of months now. I’ll definitely say this pregnancy has been the best I’ve felt out of all of my other pregnancies and I believe it’s from doing your prenatal workout videos
Loved this! Thank you!
I've already repeated this video several times. I really enjoy it. Hoping baby will arrive anytime soon 🙂
Thanks so much, this felt so great! I am 39 weeks and had a nit very comfortable weekend of what feels like labour warm ups, this has really helped me to feel more comfortable and peaceful ✨🙏x
This felt magical! I havent really been able to do yoga after i had a prolapse and lost my stamina. But i was able to do everyone of these. And it felt so good!
34+6 weeks and this felt SO good! Saving this one to my favorites 😁
🥰 this was lovely, thank you Jessica!
I love your videos! I'm 39 weeks, due date this Saturday, every day I try one of your training to feel more confident about my coming labour. Birth ball is my favourite as well, I recommended it to every woman who is pregnant, it's so relaxing☺️ good luck for all of us ❤❤❤
your voise so calming, so grateful for all your videos
Loved this stretch!!
J’étais à 39+6 lorsque j’ai fait ce cours, j’ai perdu les eaux à 21h le même soir. En plus, j’ai adoré la session, comme toutes les autres d’ailleurs! Maintenant je ferai les séances pour le post partum!
This was great, thank you!
I’ve been trying everything to naturally induce labor I’m currently 39+3 weeks. I had my first cervical exam last Thursday and I’m 2cm dilated I’ve been doing my best to stay as active as possible, acupressure, nipple stimulation, etc and I’m really hoping labor starts soon. It’s my 2nd day doing these stretches and they feel amazing fingers crossed it can nudge my body to get the real thing going.
REALLY great! so good for my tired (39+0 weeks) body! Thank you so much
Another really helpful video. Feel great after it. Great to have some ideas for lovely stretches with extra support when I feel a bit tired! Thank you very much ❤
I am 37+2 and my hip and back have been in some intense pain, 10 minutes, immediate relief seriously! Also accommodated some movements to and pointed to where I really needed some extra stretching but this awesomeeeee, I really really needed this thank you
That was my favourite so far! loved the stretches :)
34+6 and as someone with very rough PGP some of these birth ball exercises feel soooo relaxing and ease lots of my PGP
I am 39 weeks pregnanct.Feeling great after this class. Thanks.
Baby born at 38 weeks and 6 days doing these videos for a week (also walking a lot and doing my regular strength training + some swimming). Thanks!!
I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
Wow ok I guess I’m the only one who had to pause this video bc I’m so out of shape. Excellent. Bodes well for me.
same here sister, my knees are killing me
I was 40 weeks I did this video twice second night my water broke and I was in labor!! Delivered baby girl exactly on her due date. Also drank the red leaf tea, ate lots of pineapple and dates
I really like your videos and I'm doing them since the first month of my pregnancy...and now I'm on 41 week. Hope to induce labor today after this video 🤗
Thank you!
35w and 7d,I always enjoy doing some exercise and yoga with you during my pregnancy. Love ❤
37 +2 and theses past few days I've been getting into fights with my boyfriend while having false labor contractions but this really helped me feel relaxed and less stressed and the stretches helped my back pain a lot♥️
So relaxing. I loved it. Thank you!!
Thank you 💕
I loved combining the ball with yoga so much! A really unique and creative class. Thank you for sharing!
39 weeks and 3 days, hoping this exercise keeps things progressing forward!!
I used all these birthing exercises from 37 weeks, hoping for a natural unmediated birth
Baby didn’t engage but my water broke in38wkd4 hence i ended up having a C-section, baby was getting dried up inside.
Anyway the baby is healthy and I am too
Just saying try your best but let the body take it’s own course, be prepared for all modes of birth
Every pregnancy is beautiful 💕
Hi Divya! Congratulations on your baby! I’m glad you and baby are healthy and recovering well. Thankfully there are interventions there when we need them to keep baby and mom safe and healthy. Every birth truly is miraculous no matter how it happens 💞
you prolly dont care but if you're stoned like me atm then you can stream pretty much all the new series on InstaFlixxer. Have been streaming with my gf for the last days :)
@Sean Brendan Yup, I have been using InstaFlixxer for years myself :D
Yet another great class, I really needed this after good stretch out today!
Thank you Tammy! 💞
Thank you! 41 weeks+1day and your relaxing yoga and stretching videos are just about the only movement I can do that actually helps reduce pain and helps me relax.
Love this so much I am 40 weeks this Saturday. Hoping to get baby moving.
36 today! This was a nice exercise! Thank you!
Thanks for your great videos, I've done multiple but this one is my favorite, I have been doing it daily for a few weeks now. I even did some of these stretches in teh middle of the night when I couldn't sleep because my back was hurting. 40w+5 days and no sign of baby yet though :-(
Loved it
39 weeks today - that was a perfect exercise for me! thank you
Getting so close!! You are going to do amazing 💞
40+3, thank you for the nice gentle stretches!
40 weeks prego & didn’t keep in shape so couldn’t do some of the stretches but it was a relaxing video ❤ Will update if i go into labor later 😂.
39 weeks today :) thanks for this video :)
I love your exercise
Good joob💝
38w6d Thank you so much for sharing this! It was so good! It is so hard to find something I can do without being upset and irritated with my big belly now.
39 weeks today! This felt amazing. I am going to keep doing it at least twice a day until baby is here!
Cheering you on! Come on baby!! ❤️❤️❤️
39 weeks exactly. They want to induce me so I’m trying everything. These stretches felt really good. Thanks so much.
I hope baby comes for you soon ❤️✨
Same I’m 39 + 3 days and I don’t want to get induced either I’ just found your video I pray this helps my baby come naturally ! Wish u a safe and healthy delivery @Kellie
Same here Im trying everything to not get induced. Im currently at 38 weeks. Im just praying that I go into labor naturally. These exercises have been very helpful.
37 weeks and I’m due for induction at 39 weeks. Hoping to prevent that. Thanks for these
Will definitely be repeating this one!
Thank you again 💞
Ditto, so great!
I have been doing these exercises periodically hoping it’ll help get little man out. I’m 39 weeks. However, I’m not adequate to leaning forward as far as I’d like to cause my belly is in the way. 😅 The squatting made me feel like I was going to poop myself LOL. I enjoy this video. Hopefully meeting my baby soon.
Thanks
Thank you so much for your superthanks! I'm so grateful! I hope you are feeling good in your pregnancy! 💗
Am I the only 39 weeks pregnant lady who struggled to do some of these. Some were just impossible, guess I'm too big. I'll keep doing the ones I could though because it felt good doing something after a long time of being inactive due to pelvic pain
Just PSA, if you are suffering from SPD or pelvic pain, it's best to consult with your dr. before attempting these. After doing the exercises I struggled with the pain again when I was just fine before.
You're not alone lol I'm 40 weeks and I tried a couple and was like NOPE so just bounced for a bit until the next one. Also, keeping SPD in mind when doing these
Thank you Jessica. Happy Thanksgiving day 🦃🦃💞💝.
Thank you, Celine! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family as well ❤️
37 + 5 today hoping this helps induce labor naturally!
Great video, practicing with it regularly during my last weeks of pregnancy, thank you! I wish I could give you a « thumbs up » every time I do it! 😁
Hello mam,.. exercise on gym ball on which week of pregnancy should I start currently I am 31 weeks pregnant.
I’m 28 weeks now 🥰
This felt amazing but did this at 39+3 and nothing. Will be doing it everyday tho bc it felt really good to strech.
40 weeks +5 today.. really hope something will be moving soon. I am getting so impatient 😭
Can i do this if my waters have broke at 35 weeks 4 days
I’m 39wks and I only did 15min, this loosened my muscles
Wat week cn u start doing this?
Hi Jess.. I enjoy your yoga videos however personally I didn’t find this video safe during my 3rd trimester . Sometimes ball is slippery ., please do mention to pregnant moms about the safety and advise them to be mindful using ball moves.. specially with back moves ... thanks !
Hi Amrit, yes, definitely safety first. Skip this one if you don’t feel stable /safe. In the beginning I do mention that it may be helpful to be next to a wall to help stabilize yourself.
I usually do any ball exercise beside my bed so on of my hand can have a hold on my bedside ☺
Within the first minute and a half she says to make sure you feel safe and stable and recommends putting your arm to a wall in the event you don’t feel stable.
When is the best time to start with this ? I am 30 weeks right now. Is it too early ?
I enjoyed the video but background music was a little bit too loud!
I’m 38+4 and hoping this helps labor to start. My dr wants me to have a C-section at 40+1 and I do NOT want that!
Thanks for the video. Don’t have a birthing ball due to space constraints. Can the moves be done without one?
Yeah same question.,.
This one is really all about the ball, but this video is the non-ball version :) ua-cam.com/video/LQVt7uomKos/v-deo.html
i can’t do most of these excercises because of my pubic symphasis pain 🥲 any suggestions i can do to induce labor? 37 weeks
Doing this exercise felt amazing to do but i think doing a figure 4 for a women that has a thicker thighs make it kinda hard to do
Is there a link to the yoga cards you could share?
Whats the size of this ball??
Excuse me Can I do it during 24weeks?
What is the size of the ball that you’re using? And your height?
She said she is 5'3 and it's a 65 inch ball 😊
I am in my 18th weeks... Shall I start these stretching ?
18 weeks is a great time to start! Congratulations on your pregnancy!
33 weeks 🫠🫠🫠🫠
Man i'm 5'1" and everything said to get a 55 inch ball or whatever, now I'm pretty sure mine has been too small this entire time, pfftt
What is the diameter of this ball
65 cm 💞
Skinny Pregnant folks I hope this works for you cause my fat azz has fallen and I cant get ip
Omg… I fell too!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but I’m back on the ball as we speak
29 weeks can I start ?
Yes, as long as prenatal exercise is safe for you (no pregnancy complications)
