I am 19 weeks pregnant and the past week I have felt an old lower back and hip injury flair up again. My physical therapist warned me it would potentially hurt during pregnancy. All of the exercises he left me with had me on my back so I luckily found this video. Already feel so much better. Thank you! ❤

I’ve done stretches but somehow this sequence (and strengthening) was the magic bullet. I’m only 7 weeks so I’m so glad I found this now. Will be doing morning and night
I have pelvic girdle pain (SPD), and I’m only 17 weeks and sometimes it’s hard for me to walk and so incredibly painful it feels like my lower back & hip muscles are going to tear in half. I was able to do everything in the video at my own pace and I did notice a big difference in the severity of my flare up. I’m definitely glad I found this! And I’ll be sharing with my preggo friends as well.

I didn’t want to do these bc it looked SO EMBARRASSING but my back pain has been unbearable recently so I swallowed my pride and tried it. It’s amazing! I feel so much better!! It’s like a huge weight was removed from my back
OMG, yesterday I was in pain, cdnt sleep a wink and sitting too was very uncomfortable. I tried afew of the moves reluctantly but low and behold, I slept like a baby. Thank u so much for this video. Am including all these in my daily routine

31 weeks currently and no back pain BUT I do stuff like this and see a chiropractor so I've been able to prevent it! Do all the things BEFORE you start getting the typical discomforts.
