  • I went into labor after doing this! This is THE pregnancy yoga flow to induce labor.
    Hi my loves,
    If you're here today then you must be ready to give birth and I am so excited for you! Hopefully this flow will get things started for you.. it certainly did for me! I really went into labor after doing this. But of course every body is different and ultimately baby will decide when they are ready. All these exercises in todays pregnancy yoga flow are designed to help get the body ready for a natural delivery and remember the more movement we do, the better. In this prenatal yoga video I also discuss getting into the right mindset and the importance of relaxation in preparing the body for labor.     I did this class one evening and went into labor 2pm the next day! Delivered at 37 weeks, and my son shares my husband’s and dad’s birthday!

      @@AyomideWaris-q4qYes, you can start these. Your body won’t go into labor until baby is completely ready! But the sooner you start, the smoother your labor experience will be. Don’t be like me and cram it into that last 3-2 weeks😂

    I was new to your channel. And it my first pregnancy, I practice the exercise all through step-by-step.
    I went into labor 4days later.
    My EDD was 3september, I gave just birth as a prime on Friday 2days now,

      I'm in the exhausted stage too, it's very gentle, try just getting on the mat and don't pressure yourself to complete it. It's worth it my body feels even more relaxed and open!

    Day 2 of doing this video! I'm at 39 weeks today as of 5.11.24. Last night I got some cramps and a little nausea and I thought for sure it was gonna happen! No such luck yet. Gonna keep trying. Drinking raspberry leaf tea and eating dates. Also taking a gentle birth tincture. I feel baby is ready and we're almost there! I'll come back tomorrow if I don't go into labor tonight.

      Day 4 completed on 39+2. No labor yet, but my midwife told me I'm having Braxton Hicks contractions!

      Day 5 completed! 39+3. Last night after I did day 4, I was having more BHs, and felt some jolts that went up to my nose. I woke up today to messages from my married friends, where they each separately dreamt I had my baby.

      Day 6 completed! 39+4 today. No labor yet, and no signs. But gosh I love this yoga stretch. It's so relaxing. I woke up with the jingle in my head!

      Hi no! It wouldn’t be safe to try and induce a breach baby unless you are completely under medical supervision 💖

      You shouldn’t be doing this at 33 weeks. It could well be braxton hicks! Call your dr if you’re worried 💖

    I did the exercises in the night and I never slept the whole night because of contractions I gave birth in the morning..as I type this I'm cuddling with my baby girl 🥰Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

    I tried everything to try to go into labor. Midwives brew, castor oil, walking, everything. I was having Braxton hicks contractions for a couple of days when I turned 39 weeks and one day they were strong but inconsistent. I only did one round of the exercises in this video and instantly my contractions started coming back to back, I went to the hospital like 30 minutes later and I was 4 centimeters dilated when they first checked me, then an hour or two later I was 6 and a half! I got admitted around 5 pm and I had my baby at 11:14pm that same night. It’s been 5 days since I gave birth🥰

      @@fashionableWORLD16 definitely labor pains. Before I did these exercises like a couple days before they were just contractions. The day I did these stretches I was in active labor and didn’t know. I was only 1 centimeter dilated the day before.

    I did this at 39 and 1 at 4 in the afternoon and was in labor at 5 am the next day :) had a relatively quick labor and delivered a beautiful healthy baby boy! Thank you for this!

    Practiced this routine consistently from the 38/39 week mark up until my due date. My water broke in my sleep at 40 + 1 day, and I gave birth (unmedicated) within 7.5 hours. My husband and I truly think this routine helped play a part in ensuring our baby girl was in a great position to come out!

    Yesterday, I was 5 days away from my due date and did this video (along with a few other natural induction techniques) and labor began within a few hours!! I’m now laying next to my sweet pea ❤ thanks for this video

    2:01 i only did this one pose on evening of 12/12, went straight to labor at 7pm and gave birth to my girl at 11pm 😅 it's my first pregnancy. Went by so quickly.. thank you 😊
    Edit: since this comment is getting many likes, i walk everyday during my pregnancy for 30 mins to an hour, taking breaks whenever I'm out of breath.. also doing breathing techniques during dilation and pushing, most importantly don't be scared & DON'T PANIC! keep a positive mind, you are about to meet the love of your life, relax your body and muscles and trust yourself and your instincts.. you can do this mama!!

      @@nikyahparker4509 i was 39 weeks with her, went for my weekly appointment that morning and gave birth that night. I arrived at the hospital at around 7.40+pm and was about 2-3cm dilated.. By 9pm++ i was already 7cm dilated 🤔

    This exercise worked for me…. Did it at 39 weeks around midnight, contractions started 3:08am and baby girl was born at 6:26am. From first contraction to delivery of baby it was only 3 hours.. thank you soo much. 🙏🌸

    This definitely works! I was 39 weeks pregnant about to get induced in a few days. I found this video and did it twice along with her second video she has. My water broke the next day 12 hours later. And my baby was here 8 hours later. So crazy I couldn’t believe it but I am so thankful.

    Did this class before bed and was in labor by the next morning! Had such a quick labor, especially as I'm a first-time mom, and had my baby boy by early afternoon the next day at exactly 39 weeks!! Crazy :)

    I am coming back a few months later to say this actually works I was 39 weeks 2 days first pregnancy- I did this before I went to bed and my baby was born 10:27 am the next day. Sending this to every mom I know lol

    Hello, I finally have a bit of time to comment on this video, my water broke DURING this workout. 😄 I was 7 days past due date. I was doing it for three days before it happened. The birth was really long (34 hours), and they had to help inducing with a balloon, but all went well! I highly recomment this yoga. 🎉🎉🎉THANK YOU

    Did this exercise in the evening and started to have contractions early hours in the morning. Had my baby boy in my arms in the afternoon. Delivered at 39 + 3 weeks.

    You guys!!! I promise y’all my water broke after doing this! It blew my mind. Now I did go walking a few hours before this video so that could’ve helped as well.. but it worked for me

    This really does work. I did this for three days after my due date. The third day I had very much pelvic pressure and contractions. And then shortly later my water broke everywhere in the bathroom and I ended up going to the hospital. I gave birth recently and it was a roller coaster but this video helped me get baby ready for release in short time.

    I did this excercise nov 26 before i go to bed I was 40 weeks 6 days pregnant, I woke up 3 am in morning feel my stomach starting contractions
    We call in hospital around 6 o’clock in morning then the midwife gave us instructions that monitor the interval of my construction, around 10 am we go in hospital and I was 7 cm
    Around 11:43 I gave birth healthy baby girl normal delivery 🎉❤
    This excercise/yoga help me a lot

    Exactly 37 weeks and I’ve tried everything from castor oil, spicy foods, evening primrose oil, raspberry leaf tea, acupuncture, sex to exercise on the ball and walking so I’m really hoping this works for me like the many women in the comments. Congratulations to u all for having ur babies. I’m sure ur all amazing mothers to ur children ❤️😊

    I was 36 weeks and dr checked me on a Thursday and I wasn’t dilated nor showed signs of labor. I was ok with that but decided to do this 2 days later on a Saturday and as soon as I got done, I leaked and thought my water broke. Went to hospital and my water did not break BUT I dilated to 2 cm. It is now Wednesday and I am 37 weeks and going to try this again tonight. I’m positive this helped me dilate!!!

    Did this twice yesterday, so far 24 hours later, nothing. 40 weeks and 3 days with my second. Not saying this doesn’t work though because I felt a whole lot of relief afterwards! So if nothing else, I am a lot less tense 🤷🏽‍♀️

    I was having contractions on and off since monday March 11th. All braxton hicks/prodromal labour. Finally came across this yoga sequence on thursday March 14th and did not believe anything would happen (but thought it would be relaxing). Went into labour that evening and delivered our baby girl Friday March 15th late afternoon. Long but beautiful home waterbirth (unmedicated).

    I did this in the afternoon after i got an IE one morning, then the nurse said my cervix was still closed. By doing so, i been through walking, climbing stairs. Right in the evening, i been through labor, got admitted in the hospital 5cm at 10:30pm, and was giving birth at 11:44pm. Kodus to this video. Thanks God..I was 39 weeks 6/7

    I did this daily from 38+4 onward and my baby made her arrival at 40 weeks exactly. Even did some of these movements during contractions in active labour to make sure baby was making her way smoothly. Thank you so much for this. I was able to have a successful VBAC home birth.

    I loved this! Put it in my last every days stretches from week 39+4 up until my baby comes as I felt so relaxed within my body and baby! First time baby came 40+3 three years ago and I have a feeling this second one will come 40+1 or 2 meaning in a few days🤞❤️🤩🫶

    This is my 3rd review,
    After doing this video and reading the amazing comments in them, I had to try it. So to finalize my review, I did this video at bed time (Thursday night), in the morning woke up with contractions 5 minutes apart and had my baby on that day (Friday 5pm) in less than 24 hrs. This video is amazing, it really works.

    I did this yoga as I was a bit concerned about going overdue. I got pains exactly on my due date baby delivered after 12 hrs of labour this is my first pregnancy. This helped me also with the positive affirmations. Good luck to you if you are reading this to get the motivation. You go girl.

    Worked for me, too. Did first time in 38 weeks 4 days continued for next day..and then on day 2, 38.6 got natural labor. Mine was VBAC.
    In total, I did it 3 times.

      @@TaylorsHandle thank you! 💕 It actually happened that night I wrote this comment. I did this yoga, went for a walk, ate pineapple and at 10pm the same day I went to the hospital. Few hours later I had my beautiful daughter. I think every pregnancy is different but this yoga and walking helped a lot. I’m sure your baby will be here soon 🥰

    I did this a few times a day from 40 weeks (I was told I was unlikely to deliver naturally as baby’s head was in a slightly odd position) and I went into labour at 40+2! Had baby naturally after a very quick 6hour labour 🙌🏻

    I did this yoga in the evening at around 4pm in my 37weeks+5 days pregnancy..my labor pain got started the same day at 11pm.. next morning my mucous plug came out and my labor pain was increasing with time so I went to hospital, they admitted me and I got delivered at 2:30 am, the very next day after doing this yoga.. it’s like a miracle.     Thank you so much for this video. I’m 39 + 5 and have been trembling in pain today from aching and soreness. Even if it doesn’t put me in labor, this was one of the most relaxing exercises I’ve ever done. I’m having intense lightning crotch attacks now so I’m hoping that’s a good sign.

    I'm in week 37 just browsing videos on labor prep, wasn't planning to actually do any exercises at the moment. But when this video started, the movements looked like just what I needed, so I hopped up and joined in. Feel so nice and relaxed now! I actually hope I don't go into labor quite yet, but I still plan to repeat this video daily to be well prepared, relaxed, and get baby into a great position.

      Going into Labor is as much about the mind as it is the body. I think if you’re not feeling ready then it’s probably because it’s not your time yet. So glad the movements felt good to you!     I did the first five minutes of this earlier in the day, and a few other things, and went into labor that evening. Baby is full term, wouldn't advise pushing it if that weren't the case.

    I did this exercise on 9th September (1.30 AM)
    I went hospital for my checkup
    In contraction belt I got 20 seconds of contraction so they admitted me (4.30 PM)
    I was scheduled to induced on 10 th September
    I got labor pain on midnight of 10 th September n by the grace of Allah I delivered a baby boy on 10th September 2.42 PM

    Last week, I was at due date +1, and didnt want to medically induce labor as my doctor prescribed for the next day (due date +2) So i tried everything we all have read: walking, raspberry leaf infusion, etc… and by searching on UA-cam a found this video. I was conviced by many testymonies of moms, So I had to have a try! At around 6 pm I started the flow, and have done it two times. At 11 pm, my labour started, I delivered my baby as planned at due date +2 at 11 am but withouth induce labour medically. I really dont know if its the flow that induce labour, but it helped me feeling good and was really nice to do. So i Thank you so much lemon yoga for this gift you make to all of moms around the world ❤😘🌺

    I did this exercise on 15th Jan. I was 36+1 weeks and went into labour on 17th 12am I got to the hospital at 3 am. Already 5cm dilated and gave birth to my princess a few minutes after 5 am... thank you so much. I actually did this exercise cause my first 2 came after 41 weeks, and I was induced...

    I'm just here to say I was doing ALL the things for 2 weeks trying to get my girl ready to make her arrival. I added this videos positions and stretches and that night around midnight I was feeling really weird in my lower belly/back and aby girl was moving like nonstop and I was woken up at 2am to my water breaking at 38+4. So I'm not sure but this was the only thing I did different that day!!!

    I’m 39w4d today with #5. I’ve been doing this workout for the last week, and while it hasn’t started labor for me it has helped some as I’ve been losing my mucus plug over the week. And it has helped me do the lunges and squats without hating it.

    I did this in the early afternoon and I was in labor starting in 8pm!!! I’m going to send this to all my pregnant friends!

    38w1d. This is day two of trying this. My cervix was closed at my appointment on Tuesday so hopefully this helps. I’m ready for baby girl to be here. ❤

      @@hayahnandong4200 oh hunny I do this everyday if not incorporating it throughout my day multiple times. I’m still pregnant 39 weeks today 🙃🙃 I have even done the miles circuit. I guess baby girl will be here when she damn well pleases. Stubborn like her daddy 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

    I was due on a Monday, started doing this daily on the Tuesday and went into labour on Thursday evening. Had an unmediated and precipitous birth.

      @@LEMonYoga although I will echo some of the other commenters and mention that I did a prenatal fitness program 3-4 days a week, did hip opening yoga and ball exercises everyday, and also walked the dog everyday throughout my entire pregnancy.

    I did this yoga for three days on a row around 39 weeks + 3 days followed by deep squat. Third day I did curb walking followed by this yoga and squat and had some pineapple around 11 pm and went to bed. Woke up with early labor pain around 1:50 AM. But dilated to 1.5 cm. Came to hospital, they induced me because too much pain with contractions 5 mins apart. Baby girl was born at 10:39 PM

    39w+5 days I’m ready for my baby. My first one was 48 hours induced, this time I wanted a water birth. Trying this yoga and hope she’s coming tonight

      How was it dear did everything went well ?I’m 39 weeks 6 days and and I plan to do this exercise today to see how is going but my doctor schedule me for induction this is my second pregnancy I hope this excercice bring me into labor and open my cervix .

    Did this excercise just this am and im 1day from being 41 weeks. Dint want to be induced so im trying different things to encourage my body to naturally go into labor. Not to be gross but I do think this may definitely help or at least be a step in a good direction because mid stretching i got the urge to flush my bowels. So i know the relaxation is there and some shifting is taking place at least. We will see if baby comes soon now 😅.

      I am supposed to be due today! 🎉😂❤4/17/2024 but……..baby has not arrived yet! I’ve just been using the bathroom a lot and eating a lot but no other major signs of labor really…I have a doctors appointment today and I will find out what to expect for next steps moving forward

    I am 38weeks 4days, baby is in posterior cephalic position, Can I do this exercise?

      There’s no reason you can’t give birth like this unless your doctor has advised against it. If your doctors are happy for you to go into labour with your baby in this position then yes you can go ahead and do this exercise. If for any reason you have been advised to avoid going into natural labor then this wouldn’t be suitable.
