    First time mom. I did these twice a week starting at week 34. Baby was born at 39 weeks and 1 day, induced labor. It was a beautiful experience! No tearing, no cuts. Pushing for 20 minutes. Thank you so much for your work! ❤ I am so grateful. 😊

    These exercises work like magic. I did them for 5 days . At least once a day. And very next week we had our baby in head down position. Thank you so much.

    First time mom (34) . I'm 33 weeks and started with this routine daily 4 days ago. I'm planning to keep doing it on daily basis. So far it is giving me confidence in my body to the work when due date comes. Will update this comments after my delivery to tell the outcome.

      Hi , thank God I gave birth to my little baby girl last Nov 23rd I have no tearing on perineal area nor episiotomy … I added a Duck Walk last 10 days. HOWEVER I can’t asure these excersises were the key. My labor got a bit complex because umbilical cord etc.., they even had to do other procedures and instruments because baby was not coming out as regular cases so my case is not applicable to confirm if these excersises work or not

    İ did these exercises only last week of my first pregnancy. Especially in the labour day. I did these when cervical opening was 2 cm, after 4 hours of exercise and walking during pain opening became 4 cm , progressed quickly in one hour 4 to 9 cm.

    I’ve been using your videos since the first trimester. I recently stopped for about a month due to my fatigue, but I decided to restart them today as I was in a car accident last week (around 28 weeks!) I have been so sore and so worried about birth as my body heals, but these were the first stretches I’ve tried that have actually given me relief!! I know this is an older video, but I wanted to give my condolences about your dad as well. Your videos have really helped me throughout my pregnancy, and I will definitely continue watching postpartum and recommending your videos to every pregnant person I know. ❤ Thank you for doing what you do.

    This exercise helped me a lot....i did normal delivery... within 6 hours only...by doing this exercise regularly in my daily routine... without taking epidural.. and that it was my 1st pregnancy....❤❤❤❤❤❤ thankyou ❤❤❤❤❤

    I gave birth to a breech baby, hip first with her legs so I stretched to about 12 cm, not 10cm.
    I did this daily for weeks as well as perineum massages, and I didn't tear or get an epidural! I breathed calmly, this helped me breathe in a way that gave power and not the pain. Thank you !

    Do you have a video or can you do a video for while in labor? I love how at the end of this video you say “imagine you are in labor and your only job is to relax” It really helps me to relax lol maybe like another ball video but for in labor specifically? Love your videos! God bless 💕

    I’m currently pregnant of my second baby and trying to have a VBAC. And I’m positive your videos are helping me stay active and help the process from the time I knew I was pregnant til now 33 weeks. I first I wonder why I didn’t learn more on my first pregnancy that led me to a c section but now Your videos make me feel proud and confident that I can do this.       @@Roomyartnstyle Hey no it didn’t go as planned. I tried but baby couldn’t go through. I exercised until the day of delivery but the VBAC didn’t happen.

    40 weeks plus 1 day done this exercise last night around 11 pm gave birth next day around 8 Pm to a baby bou🎉😊Thank you so much this video was really helpful. Really recommend it to everyone.

    Hii..Thnku so much .my baby was in breech position when i was at 36 week and i start doing breech to normal position exercises and it really works .after one week my midwife said baby head is down..its a great relief😊

    I am 32 weeks and I have been working this routine into my rotation three or four times a week. It always makes me feel so much better when my lower back is bugging me or if I've been sitting a little too long! Looking forward to seeing how this can help while I'm in labor!

    Thanks so much I add my baby 4 days before due date. I watch your exercise. After I’m going to walk when I’m come back I take a shower. Before night I feel so much pain. I thinking it’s was because I’m walked. Few hours ago I loose my mucus plug I’m . And next days I did again. I feel pain I’m going to hospital when they’re checked me the said my water is broke. But not all the water

      So I loosely did this maybe 4 times a week, in addition to eating a lot of dates every few days and staying very hydrated and active (going on hikes, walks, playing soccer, etc) and I was in labor for 24 hours (back labor) and did my birth unmedicated (with the help of pitocin to regulate my contractions) and pushed my 9 lb baby out in 26 mins….may or may not have been this that helped

    Would you please verify if exhaling is the same time as when we say "ahhh/uhhhh" sound? Also, should I exhale or inhale to push? In short, I would love to learn more about the connection between inhaling, exhaling, and pushing/opening up. Thank you very much in advance!

    For the time my mother had me there was not this type of information. My mother used to do yoga exercises, so she had a great physical body. She, during the whole pregnancy, abstain to sugar, alcohol or cigarettes and create a special diet that follow all the time. The labour was easy and she was the best mother behaving in the hospital, since she didn't gave any trouble to the doctors. I can speak for myself as having magnificent health and a resilient body as a result! Having a child is something more than having a child..you decide how can be it!

    The first 3 you showed I actually do every day multiple times a day and I am 37 weeks. I can feel his head in the pelvic region already. I really had no clue it was helpful all I knew is it helps my back and hip pains.

    Thanks for the video. One important point was that you mentioned your height and ball diameter. I have few questions:
    1. Is it good at 29 weeks?
    2. Does it help upper back pain as the belly gets bigger?
    3. Does it helps in moving baby to cepahlic position from breech or transverse position?

      @@PregnancyandPostpartumTV So sorry I missed this reply. Natural Vaginal Birth! I just had my twins 2 weeks ago 😌 The first baby delivery went smooth but the second baby I requested for epidural to prevent a C-section from happening.
      4 hours apart both twins were delivered safely 🙌🏾🥰🙏🏾
