    One thing I've learned over the last few years is exactly how complicated erectile health is.
    Things such as stress and poor sleep health like sleep apnea can play a very large role in erectile health.
    I started to get concerned and doing research because I would wake up and wouldn't have morning wood. And not long after I was also diagnosed with sleep apnea and started receiving treatment. My sleep quality increased and my morning erections returned. Kept to find out that the big guy wasn't defective he was just sleepy.
    Moral of the story is take care of yourself. Look to actually increasing your health have good diet get treatment for sleep issues and really work to improve yourself

    Keto diet and light gym work and one mile brisk walk, three times weekly, has resulted in 50 lb loss,
    more energy and mild improvement in what I considered mild ED.

    Now, to address my pelvic floor issues😊
