A few years ago, I was having ED difficulties.I was able to achieve an erection, but not keep it. Sounds like you've got a thoughtful approach in balancing L-Arginine and L-Citrulline, and it's great that you're being proactive about your health! Combining it with Sildenafil as a 'booster' makes sense for many, especially when carefully monitored. Maybe adding some light exercise could further support your goals, especially since you mentioned being moderately toned. Even small changes can make a difference! Best of luck with your routine, and thanks for sharing your experience.
I experienced a few benefits from L-Arginine aside from stronger erections, which was great for those, too. L-Arginine will also reduce angina and high blood pressure in otherwise healthy people, allowing for better exercise.

If supplements where can they be purchased AND if available over the counter, how can one determine if they contain the actual supplements? If prescribed, by whom, a PCB, Urologist or online pharmacy? Or are they obtainable via a compounding pharmacy? Thank you?

Yes. I make a smoothie that I call, "Erection Smoothie." After this, I add 2 tablespoons of cinnamon to kill the beet taste, some raspberries, then blueberries. Blend again and drink. I am over 60 now and have been taking these supplements for years. I am in generally good health but overweight. I have rock hard erections to the point it almost hurts! Go for it!
Just be careful with Herpesviruses' reawakenings due to L-arginine, so remember to also take L-Lysine together with that (1 gram per each gram of the other) in order to reput those to sleep
Additionally supplementing with L-Lysine might reduce the effectiveness of L-Arginine supplementation. This is because both amino acids share similar transport pathways and mechanisms in the body. If you take both, they may compete for absorption and utilization, potentially diminishing the intended effects of L-Arginine, such as improved blood flow or nitric oxide production.
@@pathologicaldoubt I know, but still herpesviruses' reawakenings' risk afflicts generally ⅔ of the population and they cause a little immunodeficiency too, I would boost NO and cAMP and cGMP through different synergistic pathways and molecules rather than just arginine alone (which is however fundamental, though preferably through its L-citrulline precursor)

i love your videos and Dr . Ruth must be one of your favorite to study on
So both of these do the adversely affect the kidneys?
I HAVE QUESTION REGARDING THIS THAT I AM TAKING A MEDICATION REAGRDING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SO CAN I TAKE IT WITH THAT
It can also trigger terrible canker sores or cold sores. So avoid both L-Arginine and L-Citrulline if you have a history of one of those. I can't believe this doctor didn't disclose that.
I take all supplements available on the market and feel like Superman. 💪
I am 70 and have AFIB and taking Eliquis, is there a problem taking L-argenine
I alternate between L-Citrulline, L-Argenine, and Grape Seed Extract on a daily basis.
Thanks Doctor..
Your mic is very incredible 😊
I'm actually headed over to pound town now. This stuff has my growling in anticipation lol
Why is there no products being mentioned for us to take so he could be a thing of the past?
I am over 60 now and have been taking these supplements for years. I am in generally good health but overweight. I have rock hard erections to the point it almost hurts! Go for it!
Which supplements u take?
Good job but where do you get these supplements?
Any vitamin or health food store.
😅The problem with L Citrulline is that it's impossible to find in stores over the counter. I got it on line! 💪mrwtby
L-Ctirulline relaxes lower urinary tract helping with frequent urination. LA works also. Same thing.
I've found good things with L-citrilline and L-arginine in pre-workout drinks, as well as Sildenafil taken hours before "activity".
Was there any crossover between the studies looking at arginine and citrulline and any of the studies looking at beet powder?
Huh??? Oh! powder.... my bad.
would you recommend taking L Citrulline Even if you don't have ED?
I take Citrulline by Bulk Supplements.
I use L-Arginine but i didn't know it could have those benefits! I take it to help with blood pressure regulation! BTW You're much too attractive to be talking about this subject matter! 😆😄
True. I always had a red face when on these. Decide if it’s worth it
L-Arginine along with Cialis doable and?
You got it!
Are these drugs available in India?
Seen on TikTok about baking soda and other ingredients to make it stronger
Only see or feel when wake up not when trying to..no don't work for me..😢
Where do I get L-citrulline from?
Why do they have some supplements that have both L-Arginine and L-Citruline together if Citruline turns into Arginine?
Niacin for me dwarfs both of those in response. Not the timed release but the full on red face tingly’s.
Sometimes niacin makes me itch all over real bad.
🥵🍌start out low dose sustained release is suppose be best last 30 years .But what works best to each person is ok .
What's with the podcast mic? It looks goofy in the shot and your audio has always sounded better without it.
When I read the thumbnaili I thought the video was about rock n' roll, and L-Arginine was some kind of music scale or chord progression hahaha. "Rock hard with L-Arginine"
Exercise, eat healthy and loosing body fat will help a lot. And…..looking at Dr. Malik will definitely help keep you harder. It definitely does for me 🥵
While this is true, it isn’t always enough. I exercise, eat healthy and have zero excess fat, but still need some help.
Safe for chronic kidney disorder patients and high BP folks?
Bro i have read some clinical trial (don't have reference unfortunately) which also noted that argining caused ageing of the kidneys. So L Citrulline may be safer. Also smaller doses will be safer than mega-dosing.
@@sumitd500 From what I've gathered.. L A can screw up electroyte levels with KD, and accelrate renal fibrosis.. But can also help people with CKD.. Double edged sword. But.. nearly the same thing with L C.. So.. I guess you have to weight what is more important, a longer life, or copulation.
@@Drgluee 👍🏼 Thanks- think I will go will about 1 gram max dosing.
Thank You 😊 Dr. Malik
Will this help after having my prostate removed. So far I have trie viagra, tri mix injections. Getting pretty bummed out......help please
I take l citrulline malate before working out
funny thing "malate" literally means "sick females" in Italian 😅
Hello doctor, can kidney donor use L Arginine? Because person has only one kidney so any problem with him???please help
Taking both along with mod exercises working great
I don’t smoke or drink but I also take sertralne and asthma medicine I have a hard time trying to get and keep it up also premature ejackulation any ideas
A mild DE with fast "diescalation" while in idle mod and big sensitivity at the top that can lead to premature ejac, for the last ten years more or less.
What is your suggestion?
Would be nice if you made a video about Pycnogenol or the combination or Arginine and Pycnogenol.
Is L. Argine cause lower blood pressure?
is arginine better than L citrulline for harder longer erections?
L citrulline for the win
Is it okay to take "alpha force" does it work? I'm told it attacks plaque? True or false?
