Wow! I am so excited and grateful to have FINALLY found this workout. I have been scouring UA-cam for a "just cardio" workout... just body moving, heart pumping, lungs expanding, pores sweating WORKOUT. I don't want to stop and do crunches or squats or any of that. I realize those are important too, but I was just looking for something more steady without the stops and starts. And this is it! I had almost given up; I'm so glad I didn't. :) Easy to follow, steady beat, SO customizable, and such a likable instructor. Yay! Thank you, thank you.

I was able to get halfway through at Jessica's pace before switching to the low impact exercises. I will have to build up to this intensity by following along with the shorter videos first. This is a challenge even after the 3 mile, 40-minute routines of the Walk at Home series. Seeing the pup was my reward for not giving up halfway through!
Please, please, PLEASE do another indoor jogging video!! This is a great alternative to my treadmill workout, and I absolutely love it. 40 minutes is perfect - not too long, not too short. It's so hard to find total cardio workouts. Thank you!!!
What a difference 2 years of your workouts make! I've gone from from 22-24 years old, 70-59kg, living in Moscow and seeing my boyfriend in Yaroslavl at weekends to living together in Yaroslavl as husband and wife! I still go for the high intensity options and I'm STILL begging for mercy at 25 mins but I finish every time and my recovery time is shorter! Thank you, Jessica for changing my life and body with your workouts! Sweaty and sore! :)
This is the first time I’ve done this video after maybe 10 previous tries where I kept up with Jessica’s intensity the entire video, AND a few times where she wasn’t jogging/going high impact! 😭 keep at it people, but no shame in low impact! I’ve done it for 6 years & am still in good shape!
I'm obese and suffer from moderate asthma therefore I was a little worried. But in 1 week I've started from being able to run for 1 min to be able to run for 20 mins continuously... Hope this work out helps me reduce some pounds. Thank you

Started walk/running 2 weeks ago... Threw on my workout clothes this morning, opened my door. It’s raining! Found this workout. So awesome! Loved the African drumming in one of the musical pieces. I was skeptical using this because I said to myself I wouldn't burn as much. Oh man I was not planning to complete the entire workout but I made it through. I looked at my watch and saw I burn 348 cal almost 400 cal in 40mins. Now this is certainly being added to my jogging workout when am not feeling to go outside. Great job and thank you
Hi Jessica, as I'm 50 + with a variety of health issues, your workouts are perfect for me. I love them - been using them for about 6 months as well as or instead of my much loved Wii + fitness cd (bought for me by daughters years ago). The great thing about your workouts is your encouragement, your cheerfulness, the different lengths - sometimes I do 20 mins sometimes not up to more than 10 mins, the variety and the bulk of it is (power) walking - which I CAN DO. No leaping about, over vigorous aerobics, jumping and bending which I CAN'T DO. Your workout is just right I love it. And I suspect it's just right for many younger people to, if you're unfit or overweight or have health problems follow Jessica, she's great. I keep posting up links to your workouts on FB. And BTW I always look out for your little dog (who does not seem to be listening to your fitness advice) snoozing in the corner.

To answer your question, this workout really varies from the treadmill because jogging more or less in place is more of an up and down motion than the forward propulsion the treadmill provides (my calves were burning too). Since you are more used to the treadmill training you are doing this new challenge is probably harder for your body :) Hope that helps!
Day 6 done! This is the first time that I've worked out 6 days in a row in... a really long time. All my muscles hurt, but in a good way! Thanks for this challenge, Jessica - and for the encouragement to keep us going!

1 month ago when i started this video, i was struggling so much that i have to pause and rest for every 10 mins. This was one of my workout 5 years ago if I remember it correctly. I managed to finished the whole work out and helped me lose weight. I was 35 then😊. I tried to do it today and still able to finish it but I almost collapsed. Maybe because I haven’t done any full workout in 2 years and maybe of my age (running 40)plus my weight around 125 lbs. My I’ll push myself to do it to reach my weight goal(118 lbs)💪🏼🤙🏻

This workout was awesome! I recently injured my right hip and am just getting back into working out again. I love that Jessica shows lower impact options to ease me back in. Can't wait to try this when I'm fully recovered at high impact!
This workout was great! The different levels of intensity that Jessica suggested allow this workout to fit to your needs. I usually hate cardio but she made this workout fun.

You're not the only one mate, I'm a 16 year old male looking to thin up, been back on the health craze without eating any junk food and exercising every day for nearly a week now, just keep it up and eat right and the weight will just fall off, if you want to lose it fast go for a pt, I got one 2 years ago and lost ~8kg in 9 weeks when I was 14, if you're more determined you'll lose more, I only did 2x 30 min sessions a week :)
I am using these walking workouts as my "break" between Phase I and Phase II of Walk On Walk Strong and I really think Phase I helped me out with this one. I don't think I will ever be a runner but after the first 6 weeks, I am able to do all of the high impact intervals/moves in this walk! And I have not been able to do that in the past. I did this workout about three years ago when I first found Jessica's UA-cam workouts and before I subscribed to her channel and it is really motivating for me to see how far my cardio fitness has improved since I have been exercising regularly with her. Day 23 of the Fall Challenge done! I haven't gone jogging for awhile--except for short distances through the park with my dog--so it was helpful for me to do this workout to kind of gauge my cardio fitness. I did swap between high impact and low impact throughout, but that was mainly a joint-saving, pain-reducing measure, not because I was too out of breath. This was an excellent cardio workout! This is a fantastic routine and my go to workout when I have lots of energy to burn. I love everything about it. I am not a jogger but I really enjoy this and get into the zone. It isn’t a workout I do every week or every month but I have been doing it occasionally for over 4 years now with Jessica's fabulous downloads and her UA-cam videos. I can really see progress over the years I have been working out with her.

I'm trying to recover from a back injury and have had to switch out my really intense workouts for more low impact versions (and I really miss my high impact workouts!). I think this is the best one I've done in quite awhile, and I was even able to do a bit of jogging! I love all the modifications you show, so no matter how I'm feeling I can get a good workout without further injury. I will definitely be back for more of these!
Omg did this workout today i usually run three times a week for a half hour in the gym but due to rona gyms are closed and im here went for a run yesterday but was looking for more of a indoor run workout. Boy let me tell you i wanted to kill her i was dying and drenching in sweat but i totally enjoyed the burn and was way more fun then running on the treadmill im gonna try this workout three times a week since im on lockdown due to rona and see what results i get but definitely a burn and you will sweat

I've never felt that I could pace myself enough to run - always went too fast and burnt out. THIS workout makes me feel like I can! The music is my favourite kind of house music that puts you right in the groove! I definitely mixed in some low impact and went easy on the high impact - but I was actually able to keep a moderate 'jog' for 40 minutes! Best cardio workout ever!
Thanks! This is a great workout, and I really appreciate the demonstrations of different levels! I have a suggestion: use timers, one for the total time and one for the current exercise. I'm primarily at the beginning level (mostly), but the more advanced levels are aspirational. I really appreciate the closed captioning!

This was one of my workout 5 years ago if I remember it correctly. I managed to finished the whole work out and helped me lose weight. I was 35 then😊. I tried to do it today and still able to finish it but I almost collapsed. Maybe because I haven’t done any full workout in 2 years and maybe of my age (running 40)plus my weight around 125 lbs. My I’ll push myself to do it to reach my weight goal(118 lbs)💪🏼🤙🏻

This workout was awesome! I recently injured my right hip and am just getting back into working out again. I love that Jessica shows lower impact options to ease me back in. Can't wait to try this when I'm fully recovered at high impact!

This workout was great! The different levels of intensity that Jessica suggested allow this workout to fit to your needs. I usually hate cardio but she made this workout fun.

You're not the only one mate, I'm a 16 year old male looking to thin up, been back on the health craze without eating any junk food and exercising every day for nearly a week now, just keep it up and eat right and the weight will just fall off, if you want to lose it fast go for a pt, I got one 2 years ago and lost ~8kg in 9 weeks when I was 14, if you're more determined you'll lose more, I only did 2x 30 min sessions a week :)

I am using these walking workouts as my "break" between Phase I and Phase II of Walk On Walk Strong and I really think Phase I helped me out with this one. I don't think I will ever be a runner but after the first 6 weeks, I am able to do all of the high impact intervals/moves in this walk! And I have not been able to do that in the past. Thanks Jessica!
Not bad at first hard because of a belly cramp being uncomfortable, googled how tog get rid of it and bang was able to do 27 mins =) thanks!

Wow! Day 23 of the Fall Challenge done! Love the music to this so much. I did this workout about three years ago when I first found Jessica's UA-cam workouts and before I subscribed to her channel and it is really motivating for me to see how far my cardio fitness has improved since I have been exercising regularly with her. For those curious about calories burned there are comments down below posting their results as 348 - 400 calories burned. Certainly feels like it! :D
Day 23 of the Fall Challenge done! I haven't gone jogging for awhile--except for short distances through the park with my dog--so it was helpful for me to do this workout to kind of gauge my cardio fitness. I did swap between high impact and low impact throughout, but that was mainly a joint-saving, pain-reducing measure, not because I was too out of breath. This was an excellent cardio workout! Thanks, Jessica!

This is a fantastic routine and my go to workout when I have lots of energy to burn. I love everything about it. I am not a jogger but I really enjoy this and get into the zone. It isn’t a workout I do every week or every month but I have been doing it occasionally for over 4 years now with Jessica's fabulous downloads and her UA-cam videos. I can really see progress over the years I have been working out with her.

Jessica's workouts are the best. I burn as many calories as I do in ''intense'' workouts but I feel energized and happy when I finish her videos. I do like high intensity workouts, but I feel terrible afterwards. Listening to my body, I keep doing Jessica's workouts. I feel great

I'm trying to recover from a back injury and have had to switch out my really intense workouts for more low impact versions (and I really miss my high impact workouts!). I think this is the best one I've done in quite awhile, and I was even able to do a bit of jogging! I love all the modifications you show, so no matter how I'm feeling I can get a good workout without further injury. I will definitely be back for more of these!
Omg did this workout today i usually run three times a week for a half hour in the gym but due to rona gyms are closed and im here went for a run yesterday but was looking for more of a indoor run workout. Boy let me tell you i wanted to kill her i was dying and drenching in sweat but i totally enjoyed the burn and was way more fun then running on the treadmill im gonna try this workout three times a week since im on lockdown due to rona and see what results i get but definitely a burn and you will sweat
I'm going to try this one tomorrow since Im now on the marathon to couch plan with 12 weeks lockdown!

How heavy are you?
I've never felt that I could pace myself enough to run - always went too fast and burnt out. THIS workout makes me feel like I can! The music is my favourite kind of house music that puts you right in the groove! I definitely mixed in some low impact and went easy on the high impact - but I was actually able to keep a moderate 'jog' for 40 minutes! Best cardio workout ever!

Thanks! This is a great workout, and I really appreciate the demonstrations of different levels! I have a suggestion: use timers, one for the total time and one for the current exercise. I'm primarily at the beginning level (mostly), but the more advanced levels are aspirational. I really appreciate the closed captioning!
