Was thinking about the elevators and wondering if you were out doing videos of them. lol I got a east bound train just before dark. No video though. Too much stuff coming down. Pics only. wow elmwood sounded terrible are the bearings that janky where they lock up and flatspot the guide rollers and dont deny it cause it sounded just like a railcar covered hopper to be exact

When I say "they're doing the same thing," I mean that Lynchburg is waving parking fees for garages to keep the streets clear. Sorry for not initially providing clarification.
That has never happened before. It usually snows in December.
