I use to sell there products when I first started my company and had nothing but good feedback.. I am not really sure why we stopped selling the product.. but great video made me think about the product again..
So iama tune using multimeter method my audio control lc2 I will tune that connect to this tune it with gain nob this device should tell me if I am clipping right? The connect to amp and tune it and my mid high amps should be full with crossover points set to off and only use DSP for crossover right
So wheres the L to R balance & F to B fader sliders on this thing. For everything this does, there surely must be basic plain ole balance and fade controls, please tell me this has that, or how I would do that with this in my system.
@@HiFiVector What ive surmised is that either 2 of these, or the X8AIR unit w/quad inputs is needed. Ill give the x8 a try as I have mid woofers & sub to integrate to my Dash/Door coaxials.
Yes. Do you want the DSP to control the crossover points? The Amp crossovers are never very accurate so just put them to allow everything to pass and everything with your DSP.
@@HiFiVector Cool thanks a lot where the help, what about myself amp I run a full bridge and it doesn't have an option to set the flat filter on the amp so what I turn all knobs to the left?

Come on big Jeff you know why you stopped selling them... Stop lying!
@@Simpleman1078 stop being a dbag
@@Simpleman1078 whats the reason??
I bought a Px2R after seeing this ….. it’s running my 2 8ks and 1 400/4. Perfectly
Because of you I have the px2 8ch 1 and love it. Thanks for vid buddy
You’re very welcome thanks so much for watching
Just got mine yesterday now to install and tune it
How did the install go?
@@s16non good now need new sub amp as the one I have dont push what I need to the sub
@@s16non it's good for a budget device if you can spend more I would definitely spend more on a bigger brand that has better quality

Expert 8Air is the one!!!
I think i have a taramps one and it sounded horrible for some reason sounded like the signal was dirty .
Is there a max voltage input for this
I have a regular acoustics I want to improve the sound so I don't have to change the radio
Great video. Haven't even heard of that dsp
Thank you!
On this device will the limiter tell me if I tuned the amp gain to high and let me know if it's clipping or only within DSP settings
Only within the DSP settings. You manually set the limiter to your desired points.

You can configure the outputs however you like. Each output is customizable. Like left signal only, right signal only or mono( both left and right)

So if your amp has it a high pass low pass and off the filter already physically on it do you put your amp filter in the off position?

Will it fit in the car?
Mine is diffeent it has a link out set of jacks as well as input and
Mine also has link out RCAs. What is it for? A second unit if you need more channels out?
@@beachsidefl321 not sure but that would be my guess
Hmm. Do you know I would properly set the input gain? The dial for the 2 RCA in?
Great Vid man!
Thank you!
I got the Expert Air8 version. Best value
What's the difference?
@@DJTJ13 I think the controller. Air8 uses a phone app and this one has a dedicated controller.
ok so what is better this px2r on the video or the PX8.2CONNECT?? thanks
Px2R is better
@@HiFiVector thanks
This or the x6air?
This one is better in my opinion than the 8air. It has better rca output signal.
