      @@shahin5623 neega diet la first concentrate pannuga.rice alavu kammi panittu, Pssithal fruits , veg , oats , millets ippadi sapidungal. Waking is best if u cant then u should try dance. Neega kuthu song pottu dance adina enjoy panni fat reduce pannalam. Kastapattu exercise pannum avasiyamilla .ungaluku thevai body workout so u can try tamil songs zumba in youtube avunga pathi adunga. But main a food mattum kammi pannunga. Neega ungaluku sollunga , ithana naal namaku pudichadhu sapittom ini namma bady ku thevayanadhu sapidanum . Food endfa poyida pogudhu , fat kuraithu vittu pidichadhu konjam sapittukalam. But u have to wait atleast one year. Sungal kuda sapita taste a thanae irukum. Stress agadheenga ellam follow panitu vanga adhuvae nadakum .seekirama adiga wt kuraiya expect pannadheenga. Unga body type ku etha madhiri adhuvae kuraiyum. Fat a irukiradha vida mukiyam nimadhiya irundha podhum.

      IMF including walking and some basic work outs will reduce the risk of gaining back the reduced weight.
      If you reduce weight by dieting alone then you will have higher possibilities to gain it back Sis.

      Mam initial ah 30 min walk pannunga. Then slowly you can increase the time to 1 hour.
