Had my own impromptu "Monthly Update". I'm off to Pisa on Saturday and getting clothes ready. I was trying on the clothes I'd been wearing this summer and they were too big for me. Had to go to the storage locker and retrieve some "old" clothes. I've gone down 2 dress sizes! I'm very pleased because I started with Mounjaro 8 weeks ago and hadn't seen much movement on the scales compared to some people - about 9lbs. But that's 9lbs I hadn't been able to lose any other way. 😁 Weigh day tomorrow.

I freeze my grapes, they're like tiny delicious ice lollys and I don't eat them as fast as I would unfrozen, you kind of get more bang for your buck/calories 😂🥰
My hobby is Diamond painting and I also make my own birthday and Christmas cards

I on the other hand feels like crap im on 5mg mounjaro its nearly been 6 weeks and i feel nauseous tiredness lethargy and struggling to eat and drink i think im going to come off it this week i didn't expect for side effects to last this long ❤ X

Beautiful baby hat I only wish I could crochet. Can I ask how many weeks were you on 5mg before upping 7.5mg? As I have been getting food noise on 5mg just taken the second dose. Nice to have you back 😊xxx
Am I mis-remembering, or didn't you already have a 10mg pen but opted to stay at 7.5mg back along? 🤔 I'd rather say and be wrong than have you find it too late in the back of your fridge!

Hi hun, yes I have one already. I am slightly ahead on ordering because in the early days I placed orders at 2 weeks incase of delays. I am stretching the times between ordering now to 4 weeks so by the time they come it’s around the month point. It’s just the way the ordering system works. They prompt to order 2 weeks after the previous order so you end up ahead.

Can I ask when keeping your drug in the fridge when you have to inject yourselves do you take it out of the fridge and inject straightaway or leave it Out for a while and then inject it
I just inject straight from the fridge. It doesn’t hurt or sting. Then I put it straight back in the fridge afterwards xx

Aw Thankyou. I learnt to knit and crochet as a small child. I could do granny blankets when I was about 7 years old lol. Used to make them for my dolls 🥰
