How to fix dripping or leaky shower head

How to fix dripping or leaky Moen shower head. I ended up changing the cartridge for this and that solved the problem and this is usually the case for Moen shower heads.

My new Moen shower head seems to be dripping slowly. Is it the same case as this where the plumber over tightened the fixture? -_-
