Thankyou lovely 🥰 that’s honestly the best feature for me just means it’s going to stay pristine for it’s lifetime. I used to get so embarrassed of my yellow patch mattress before. I got it cleaned and it looked worse 🤯❤️

Hi Rosie. We’ve had our Emma mattress for 3 years now and we love it, would highly recommend it, it’s definitely worth the money for great sleep. Definitely will be looking to get a couple of those soft pillows and a duvet, how fab are they 👍😁❤

I suffer with MS & I did wonder whether the memory foam mattress would be suirable, as I was afraid I may have problems attempting to get up & out of bed. I think I should perhaps give it a try. The duvet was a brilliant idea. Thank you ❤x

Hi Rosie. I’ve had a 4 seasons duvet for quite a few years and they are so practical. As for pillows, I’m still searching for the perfect one.I prefer a really soft one and I’m not sure about memory foam as I think it would be too firm for me. ❤️🥰😴
Hey lovely yes I would say the memory foam would be too firm for you then. The Emma fluffy fibre ones are really soft like fluffy clouds and Gary likes these. he really diddnt like the memory foam ones as too firm. Xx
Try a pillow like a bounce back. I love soft pillows too. I find these perfect 👍

Hey babe, sorry you suffer with fibro! I know close friends that suffer with this it’s awful sending big hugs xxx yes this is brilliant it actually feels like you know when your window has been open and your bed has a slight chill to touch. But surprisingly it isn’t cold if that makes sense. Sorry for TMi but I sleep in the nude and it keeps me a nice temperature 🤞 I’ve only just been using it for over a week. So far so good xx

I highly recommend the Emma had mine for nearly a year I too have fibromyalgia and it’s ideal feel less pain first thing in the morning

Hi Rosie I suffer from Fibromyalgia and OA and I don’t sleep well, I get up each morning in pain and feel like I’ve done ten rounds with Tyson.
I bought the soft pillow with your last code and I love it so I’ve just ordered the premium mattress to start with which is affordable with the sale and code over 12months..no interest.
Fingers crossed for a good nights sleep pain free 🤞🏻

We have a memory mattress and it has never dented where we sleep had it years and can take ours off and wash ...dont like pilows lol 😊
Ikea do similar duvets. Mine has a 4.5 and a 9.00 tog. I use the 4.5 in the summer and the 9.00 in the autumn and winter, unless it's a very cold winter when I put the 2 together.

I bought the Premium Mattress in the sale with Rosie’s code. I suffer with arthritis ,fibromyalgia and several other health conditions and it sounded perfect for supporting my body. I got into bed all excited on the first night and it was awful, so hard but I persevered as long as I could stand it but I ended up in so much pain I asked to return under the 200 nights guarantee…. Not that simple ! They asked why I wanted to return it then asked me if I’d try the Comfort layer free of charge so to give it a fair try I agreed and had to wait using this awful mattress until it arrived. When the “ comfort layer “ arrived it’s basically a mattress topper that stinks of chemicals but I gave it a go and lasted another 4 nights.
This morning I asked to continue with my return but instead of saying “ ok no problem” I’m told that my Premium Mattress is a 6.5-10 firmness and to consider trying the original which is a 5.5-10 along with pillows, duvet etc instead.
I just hope I have a smoother experience in getting my money returned after reading all the reviews on Trustpilot.
I’m so so sorry you’ve experienced this! That’s the only annoying thing we all feel differently about mattress firmness. I hope the original is better for you. Mine is the original and I love mine. I can imagine this is so frustrating for you as with your fibromyalgia, you need comfort even more so. Obviously I’m not in any way involved in the Emma company I only agreed to share my own personal opinion. However if you are finding customer service a problem let me know and I will contact them too. As I say really sorry you’ve had this experience you are the first that’s messaged to say you haven’t liked it so I’m hoping the original you’ll love too xxx
@@Rosiehenshawhome Thanks Rosie, just one of those things not your fault , you can only speak as you find . Luckily I kept my old mattress I didn’t use the removal service so I have that still. x

Thankyou so much lovely it’s my beautiful birthday dress I got ❤️ it’s my new fave I haven’t stopped wearing it since I got it lol it’s a small business called molby the label. They are pricey but I wait until they drop a discount code they usually do this once a month and it’s between 20/30% off.

Sadly the code isn't working 😢. Glad you have found your mattress comfy. I have a memory foam pillow from Dorma (dunelm mill). I love it and find it comfy, my hubby prefers original type pillows. Keep on keeping on Rosie, love your posts.
I’m glad you have had a good experience Rosie but for me I’ve had to cancel my order. They were awful to deal with and I kept getting a generic email about the delay . It may be brilliant I’m not saying anything different but I will be shopping for my new mattress elsewhere x
Oh no that’s not very good is it! Sorry you have had this experience. I don’t blame you at all after your experience ❤️ I’ve cancelled an order today for a jacket from a company they have messed me about no end for months now. So I just applied for refund. It had so many great reviews but I suppose sometimes we just skip through the net. I get it may just be a one off but it does put you off sometimes xx

I’ve written my experience after receiving my mattress as well which isn’t a positive experience after wanting to return it…it’s not easy at all and then I went and read reviews on Trust pilot which I wish I’d read before I ordered it. I bought the pillow with Rosie’s last code and I love that it’s just for my body the mattress was awful.

I love my emma mattress. I have a mattress topper but always slips over side of bed. Does anyone find the same issue?
How funny mine did this the first night. But I’ve put my deep mattress protector sheet over that and my Mattress and now not budged at all. ❤️
