Kon si time main karna chahiye
4 pm - 8 pm ke beech mei kar sakte hain. Lunch k baad 2 ghante ka minimum gap hona chahiye
Bigair mad ke yoga kar sakte hai ya nahi
agar mat nahi hai to thick carpet , ghaas pe bedsheet spread kar k bhi kar sakte hain. But hard floor pe recommend nahi karte. Usse joints pe pressure padta hai.

Evening mei 4pm se 8pm k beech mei kabhi bhi kar sakte hain. Lunch k baad 2 hours ka gap den hai.
Bhot Acha lga didi... Ap ke sath yoga kr ke.. 🎉🎉

How long does it take to do yoga, we can do yoga for more than 15 minutes, please answer
Yes we can do yoga for more than 15 minutes.
Start with 15 minutes and increase up to 30 minutes slowly.
Then after a month you can increase to 45 minutes also.
But practice only as much your body allows. Never force yourself to do more.
You may practice pranayama also for 15 minutes daily.

Mam mat nahi hoga to kisi pe bhi baith sakte hai na
Thick carpet ...pe kar sakte hain.....ya grass pe thick bed sheet pe.......but important hai ki aap seedha zameen par na karen
Utranary fibroids ke liye ye yoga thik hai
apko practice karte huye pain nahi hona chahiye, agar kisi asan mei pain ho to wo asan aap skip kar dijiye, baaki asan kariye.
Ek bar apne doctor se bhi poochiye ki aap yoga kar sakte hain ya nahi.
Agar wo allow karte hain to aap ye video practice kar sakte hain.
