INGREDIENTS:
1 cabbage
red miso paste (or whatever miso you have)
1 firm tofu
1 zuchinni
handful of mushrooms
1 onion
1 large carrot
2 jalapeno peppers or 1 green bell pepper
5 cloves of garlic
3 green onions
1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum (optional)
rice

Just a suggestion…garlic should be put whole in pot and removed during or after cooking. It should not be eaten. Eating it makes digestion function difficult and impact on cognitive function.
