Might be just a strong opinion, but if I buy a mobile device (as smartphone, telephone communication device) the charging chord is expected to be included. I would not care about some complimentary $100 credit to do what I want; that is an extra step. Am I misunderstanding something here? Little bit later in the video you showed a cable included with the device but it does not appear to be a charging cable. Maybe something was accidentally omitted in the package. Finally you explained more: The POWER ADAPTER is not included with purchase of the device. No Good! Extra step to obtain it.

I didn't order through Samsung. I much prefer Amazon. They gave me 100 gift card plus 60 more for using their store credit card. I much prefer getting whatever I want than Samsung over price buds, cases, watches, chargers. Of course instead of trading in for a measly 500 for my s22 ultra, I sold it for a little more to offset the cost.
