Update: @mitchellrault suggested putting the gadget case stands on horizontally (to allow phone to be in portrait mode) - this works on the Rugged Gadget case but not on the Clear Gadget (sadly) but it's certainly worth knowing!
I believe that you can rotate the stand on the rugged and clear gadget case horizontally and it will lock in place allowing you to use it in portrait mode. Simply slide up to rotate and go past the release click and it will lock again
Great suggestion - I hadn't thought of that at all! I've just tried it on both and it works great on the Rugged case but the Clear Gadget case's stand isn't quite big enough to prop the phone up in portrait - it just falls over sadly. On the Rugged case though it works a treat - thanks!

The S View case is definitely the clear winner for me and has been for a few generation's now. I can't imagine buying a new S Ultra device without buying the S View case to go along with it. Extra display protection for the inside of my pocket, S View display is handy, and the card holder make's it super easy to just pull my phone out and grab it out instead of going into my wallet and shuffling through a bunch of card's. The buttons are more rigid for a reason though...it stops accidental presses. I just wish they'd give us back the S View display that we had for the S21 Ultra S View case. Not a huge fan of the small corner window. I also don't understand why there is no longer a shield there to protect the screen. Now anything can go right through the window to scratch the screen.
It doesn't have a clear plastic window because you can still take photos with the flap folded back. I would imagine once it gets scratched or smudged your photos would not out too well.
The smart cover display also shows full notifications and music player controls. You have to swipe left and right (after waking it up with a double tap)
I always find that silicone cases grip the inside of my pocket too much, making it difficult to remove and sometimes turning my pocket inside out. It's a shame because I really like the Samsung silicone cases.
Hello! I really liked the Clear case, but I couldn't remove it myself, so I returned it. Please tell me, is the Frame case also difficult to remove? Can it only be used as a frame (bumper)? Thank you!
Hi there, they're all a bit 'stuff' to remove when they're new but once you've taken them off a few times they loosen up. You should be able to just use your thumbs on the top of the phone to 'pry' away the case - starting from one corner and then moving to the next. But yes, you can just use the frame case as a 'bumper' if you wished
gadget case looks pretty poor compared to magsafe the whole point of magsafe is that the case is still flat i would never put anything that big on the back of my case
Extremely poor implementation of all these covers by Samsung. I have purchased Samsung rugged case & I felt I just wasted my 65$ on this shit. No camera protection, lanyard position is so awkward, I can't type the messages easily due to the lanyard positioning. The inside material is extremely hard and can cause serious scratches on your phone. The mobile stand has already got loose in 15 days. A big no to this case. Don't buy a Samsung Galaxy rugged gadget case.
@@AndroidAddicts Nice! I've actually searched for something like that for a while. I use Spigen Cryo so extra heat dissapeates. Nothing is better than nothing, but you'd like to protect the corners from falls
Why don't people acknowledge that the "leather" case is really plastic with some sort of coating? I bought one, and it's obvious that it's faux leather. More like "pleather". 😂 Sent that garbage back to Samsung.

After 6 months of use my stand finally gave up the ghost. Is there even replacement options?
In the UK you get 12 months warranty so depending on where you bought it from you should be able to return it for a replacement
