Natie and Murrie salvage hard wood scrap from the yard to make a window seal with some help from the boys. Ben gets the tractor moving to see if it will handle all of the yard work that needs to be done Finn paints himself into a bit of a corner(thanks Nat)😂!

This bathroom window is amazing. This rustic look has a forever finish.
The first tractor my dad bought with power steering was an 806 International in 1966. I was 12 and I remember that was so awesome. The older 720 John Deere and M International had what we called "Armstrong" power steering.
The window with 20 year old reclaimed wood looks amazing, house is coming along nicely. Keep up the great work. Love the family
That window is Awesome!!!!
I love how your kids enjoy having fun together, and you just roll with it 😅
You women did an absolutely amazing job on that bathroom window. Creative and one of a kind idea.

The window is rad!
Absolutely Awesome video!
Good morning from Oregon, fantastic job on the window seal, I helped my folks do the same thing, using blue-buggie pine throughout their house. It was a lot of work, but years later I am always amazed on how it looks.
Use sawdust and clear wood glue for cracks
Didn't notice if you did, but we always spray foam exterior windows and doors between framing and doors (foam for windows and doors specifically). I would have epoxied then caulked to seal that weathered wood grain (maybe would have pieced it, numbered the pieces, then coated, and then installed). In all the ways to do things, there's more than one acceptable way, and at least a few "right" ways. Looks like you're coming into the "it's finally a home" stretch. Living like this is stressful but it does pay off in the end (but never done in reality). 👽🗿👽🗿👽🗿👽
That tractor is actually an AMC Eagle that has been stripped down and had larger wheels installed. It was designed by Dick Teague for American Motors Corporation. Assembled in Kenosha Wisconsin for AMC and later for Chrysler. Produced from 1979-1989. Ben’s tractor is the extremely rare model with the diesel engine and two wheel drive. 😉😊
An AMC Eagle with a Case Logo on the front of it? I've worked for Case for 27 years, I recognized the logo immediately
Made in the town I live in.
Looks like your in the home stretch, I dig the window !
Window is beautiful
Looks great love the epoxy old wood, you guys are doing a fantastic job on the house .
Tip: when using the table saw top for a work surface, crank the blade down all the way. It only takes a few seconds, if the mechanism is difficult to crank, it's a good time for maintenance.
Unplug.
Great looking shelf. A waterproof finish should make it last many years. And so special to have something of your dad's as a focal point. An, 'awww' moment. You are right, old wood is in high demand. Some distress it themselves, yours came with it.
That looks amazing great job!!✌️🇺🇲
Lookin' good !!
I sure miss seeing you with Paul, but I love the progress on the house! You guys will be in the home in no time, if you're not occupying parts already...
Keep up the good work B&M Garage!
Good job guys looks great ❤❤❤

How dare you gender identify them 😮
You guys are doing great you guys are professional house builders I say so so the house looks great I love it and you guys are doing excellent you guys are doing what you guys see and what you guys have to put on and to deal with and to fix and to cut and to hammer and to nail oh that's excellent you guys are doing great keep on going eventually about another smart time and it'll be done before you know it
Awesome job fam 🤠
That window looks awesome! So Ben...maybe power steering on the tractor would be a nice project to see you do.
Those are "Character Marks".
Wish I was there so I could have swung by with a few RO sanders with a vacuum hose on them for use with the shop vac which would have made very short work of the sanding plus saved you quite a bit on sand paper plus its a little more healthy to keep the dust and spores at bay and off of you. The sanders are old and nothing illustrious but they are paid for plus I know how to source bearings etc for them to keep em running at low cost.
I am currently doing similar turning old discarded solid wood furniture and yellow pine framing into new furniture and trim.
Best!
You two are doing an amazing job on this build. I so glad for you it’s near completion
❤. Happy Friday! 👌👍👌👍🦬🦬🦬
epoxy looks great! cool window
Mom needs to start her own handy work channel she's badass

Good morning, love your posts. Love your family unity. It’s something not seen a whole lot of today. Marie is the most talented and fearless lady I’ve ever seen on UA-cam.
We are better together! Thanks for watching!
Love how well the window turned out!! Great job fam
The windo turned out great
Please lower the saw blade to just above the wood you are cutting. It is a lot safer. I like the way the window is looking. Good job.
I love the tongue and groove. It looks amazing in the bathroom. Thank you for sharing!😊
So glad Ben didn't want to put his butt prints on the shiny window sill! 😅
Very talented
Natti is cute loveher eyesbut that window seal with apoxi takes the cake
Very nice
NOBODY who hasn't worked with 'Tongue-in-Groove'; can tell you how Well you did.The 'Epoxy' really sets it off.Tin foil up the sides will hold thin layers.Do it in steps with the grain.Keep being the Family and Friends we all enjoy.
Lower the blade on the table saw before using it as a table! ❤
To get epoxy off your hands, do what Madge did...soak in dish soap water until you get the prune skin going or you can try olive oil which likes to get in-between sticky and solid (like price tags or stickers on a surface). Acetone also works for removing stuff like epoxy, hand sanitizer is good because the gel additives get it from evaporating too quickly. 👽👽👽👽
Please fill that beautiful window with plants!!!
Yep that is the plan
Ben. Your wife is a true pioneer woman. You are blessed....
I hope that Epoxy is UV stable otherwise it will yellow quickly.
Wisconsin's Old Abe on the front means it's an old J I Case tractor. Same as the Eagle on the 101st Airborne.
Absolutely love the windows… I sure hope you guys plan on having an open house when it’s completed
I hope you all have a great weekend, its great seeing the house come together.Congrats on almost 70 thou subs.
got my hat and t-shirt in the mail yesterday along with some small goodies and a handwritten note, just wanted to say you guys & gals are a class act! i'll be sporting my new B&M's Garage hat at Leesburg Bikefest this weekend!
Awesome!!! Send us a picture! We would love to see.
Are use that exact same silicone yes it is upwards of 13 maybe $14 a tube which is kind of expensive but it is an excellent product. It works beautifully and sticks to just about everything. It is my go to.
Good morning from Louisiana. The house is looking great.
Thanks!
Aww lucky door jam😊. The window looks awesome and has a sentimental history.
looks great. just use polyurethane.. cheaper then epoxy and just as durable for widows. just a suggestion. you doing awsome on the house
Good morning I love watching your videos
Thank you!! We are so grateful for you and your time!
Tractor looks like an old Allis Chalmers. Ladies, I love the window.. great job. 😊😊😊😊
Love the creative window. Love this family. Great dynamics.
Hello Ben's Family
Hello back!!!!
That window looks amazing. great job Marie and kid's
When not in use the saw blade should be lowered below the bed of the table to prevent accidents.
Love the window!
I think anyone who might have some extra barn wood that they would like to donate should contact the Cox family so they can do all their windows!
That window really turned out beautiful ! 👍
I love that bathroom window! Great place for some plants!
Getting closer to the finish line ! Thanks for sharing !
That's a cool looking window. Try putting a thin layer of clear silicone between the boards next time and around the eagles below the top of the boards. That'll seal it up and it'll rock like that one. And Ben I believe you have a David Brown tractor, they were made in England and sold in the US by Case. Few tractors from there had power steering. But if you find an old gleaner cleaner combine. You can use the power assist off it and make your own power steering. Just a little suggestion 😂. Great video everyone.
Excellent job on the window surround ladies.
So, I have this kitchen remodel that needs done..........😆
Grab your kids! Kids love to remodel😂😂😂😂
Greetings from Canada! Your window looks great! We will watch for more.
Your home priceless because it has alot of stories to tell grandchildren who did what and was funny and who did the most memorable u all are a great family 💯💯💯🙏🙏👍👍👍
That is exactly where all the treasure and sweetness lye. It’s about the love, knowledge and work that makes a great life! Thanks for watching!
Such creative abilities to make it look amazing. Love the upcycling and memories of where it cam from. ❤
Love the way the window turned out.
Great job.
The house my son had cabinet doors made from old pallet wood that looked similar.
They are building a shop house now that will have a lot of blue pine I sawed on my mill. The logs came from my backyard as well as his. We came from sawmill maintenance/mechanic roots so sawdust is in our DNA. I see a lot of similarities in our families.
When you’re using a table saw for a work table always lower the blade.
great job as always love the family
Here's a tip for filling those cracks. If you collect the sawdust from the wood you're using, you can mix it with epoxy to the consistancy of peanut butter then use it as a fillet to fill the gaps. A butter knife or putty knife is ideal for applying it. Then your filler is the same colour as the wood and garaunteed to bond properly to the epoxy top-coat. This is how you fill gaps and join angled planks when you make a wooden canoe. It's super strong too, the two keel planks of my boat are entirely held together by wood flour epoxy fillet.
The perfection is in the imperfection that is true rustic 😊😊
1:03 great explanation of the parts they're young lady. We epoxied our pallet wood trim that we did on some windows in the cabin up at Zions and after that we decided to epoxy all the wood first then install it and then just the touchup. I love it.
The window looks fantastic!!! That Lexel product is awesome stuff, given time to cure out, it's also a fantastic adhesive. I'm a big fan of pre painting my trim and then hanging it and touching up the nail holes.
Your family is absolutely amazing and seems to be able to do any tasks
TGIF and another amazing episode of B&Ms family getting it done
I love the window, it truly turned out amazing.
Wow , window looks fantastic, great job ..
Great job again.
Thanks! Thanks for supporting us!
@@bandmsgarage your welcome.
Great job guys. Thank you 😊
It's a Case tractor.
I love what you did with that window area!
Can't you adjust the table saw blade down so you won't hurt yourself on it?
I see a regulation basketball hoop and a picture window, what could possibly go wrong 😮
Like peanut butter and jelly😂😂😂
