I have made stuffed clams using fiber one cereal for cholesterol control and no one noticed because I mixed the stuffing with lots of garlic and sautéed onions homegrown Greek oregano,parsley and extra virgin olive oil,yummy…garlic and onion are sautéed with olive oil and added to the cereal to soften. I have also used this stuffing for stuffed artichoke.We eat these treats for Christmas only because Italians eat the 10-12 fishes for Xmas Eve. I found that the bread in America is just gooey junk. I’m so looking forward to moving back to my country for good food! I have not tried panko crumbs yet but I’m going to try it. also add lemon zest to the stuffing mixture
This recipe is great except I would substitute the ultra processed (known to cause cancer) cereal food for Quinoa. Sticking to the SINGLE ingredient foods helps to greatly avoid cancers and diseases.

Sardines high in oxlates.....if u are more vegetable based( spinach/ beets etc..)....this is a problem. Can cause every sickness these people talk about. Including inflammation and diabetes. Happened to me
