Basically I agree with this video. It's very important that stem cells can regenerate. What's not mentioned is that you don't want constant stem cell regeneration by constant eating because that leads to cancer regardless of how 'healthy' the so called food is. It's even worse if you incorporate industrial farmed and processed food products. As soon as you are an adult, fasting is as important as eating and a reduced eating window is extremely important to keep stem cell regeneration in safe limits. I totally disagree with whole grains being included because they are full of lectins. If they are grown with Green Revolution farming methods, that includes tilling and use of fertilizers, the cereal crop has no mycorrhizal fungi to stop the plant up taking heavy metals. If descants are used for degraining, this ends up in the food product and this totally destroys the human gut microbiome. Whole grains are a treat, perhaps a small amount at communion, but certainly not a basic food to be wolfed down with most meals. If you cannot grow it in an acre backyard, you don't need to eat it at all. What is missing is simply eating meat and animal fat. Both of these are very important for mitochondrial health because they are low in deuterium (heavy hydrogen). Your diet has to be in the correct range in all substances, so it's not just a case of eating special foods and all will be ok.

Regular and intermittent fasting is highly effective for autophagy and cellular regeneration/stem cell abundance as well. Half day dry fasts twice a week and 1 dry fast for 24 hours once a week is very good too. Daniel and Esther fasts several times a year is very good too. Reduces inflammation, promotes gut/probiotic health, reduces antioxidative stress, reduces markers for cancer, cardiovascular diseases etc. Complement with cold showers, regular exercise etc in addition to the good diet this Godly sister is promoting. Blessings from Fiji.

@@ricklicks42, There are many Bible verses that talk about faithful healthy eating, showing us what God says about food, not the latest fad diet. I will list a few scriptures for you throughout this letter to you. When you bring God into your healthy eating it changes everything. Striving to honor Him in your food and drink choices will bring not only a heart change, but it will also change your choices. (1 Corinthians 10-31) So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. Food is a gift from God. We use it to celebrate, to mourn, to entertain, to fuel, to love, to show hospitality, and to care for ppl in tangible ways. There are absolutely dangers to overeating (just as there are to under-eating), but we need food on a daily basis unless we’re fasting. Even the Old Testament instructed us to go easy on the sugar! There are healthy boundaries to eating it. God knew we would be tempted to overindulge. (Proverbs 25:27-28), It’s not good to eat too much honey, and it’s not good to seek for yourself. A person without self-control is like a city with broken-down walls. (Romans 14: 1-23), is to long for me to write out the scriptures, but you can search and read for yourself if you like. There are so many scriptures on what the Bible say about healthy eating. What if all food, the healthy and not so healthy foods, could be eaten for the glory of God? What if you considered Him in your grocery shopping, your portion sizes, and your calorie counting? What if you sat down to dinner every night with a heart of gratitude for the plate in front of you, knowing food was a way to care for the gift of the body God has given you? Yes, Friend, God does care about what you eat, along with every other detail of your life. I hope that you search the Bible for yourself, and you will see that there are scriptures on healthy eating. Have a blessed new year!

I thank you for your Biblical Perspective and Training. I had a serious stroke 49 years ago. Had some Blessing in getting jobs. At 66 my belief is that the whole body can regenerate and does so constantly. Our Heavenly Father knows us to the atom. I never learned my belief from Doctors. They are on a different path. I know there are many good ones. There are also the other type. God will take me home in the exact heartbeats he determines, I am only to share my experiences and witness. Holy Spirit does the rest. Any wisdom on my injury I sustained in 2014. My prognosis is brain stem!
I'm wheelchair bound after a critical and traumatic injury that affected my entire lifestyle.
I have definately improved praise God!
I did so much research as it wasn't very clear what to expect and why I am not able to walk..my movement is not great and have no balance.
    I believe it's a permanent injury?
According to doctors once the stem cells are damaged you cannot be whole again and think it's 3 months within you need to have stem cell treatment which is frightfully expensive and only available in certain countries like US.
I live in South Africa and find the expertise here is minimal and have to accept my New normal.
I pray to my God everyday as only He can do the impossible🙏

This is really good information on stem cells and regeneration! Well explained and very good food recommendations to increase stem cell production. It is so good how God provided for us the ability to regenerate. He provided everything we need fo life and godliness! I appreciate your pointing this out and also how you enumerate what we need to avoid in order to heal and stay active and long for as long as possible. These are great things that you are sharing, Annette! Thank you!
I do have to say that I would not recommend taking calcium supplements. Too much calcium can actually lead to calcification of arteries. Most Americans get plenty of calcium in their diets, if they consume dairy. It isn't just calcium that makes strong bones. We need vitamin K and D3, phosphorus and magnesium to make strong and flexible bones. I recommend to my clients that they take a Vitamin D3 supplement that includes K, such as Garden of Life Raw D3. This is the only D supplement that has been able to increase blood serum levels in some of my clients. Most Americans are vitamin D deficient. Vitamin D is a hormone responsible not only for forming proper bone structure, but for maintaining a healthy immune system and so much more! The other bone contributing mineral that many people are insufficient in is magnesium. Leafy greens are a great source of magnesium and chlorophyll. Both are needed for inttacellular energy.
Obviously I could go on and on! I too, am enthusiastic about our food being our medicine. I appreciate all the teaching here. This is a solid woman of God who is sharing truth!

I eat chocolate everyday for many years and honey in my green tea and many other healthy teas. I am growing purple beans in my garden that turn green when you cook those, this is first year I have done this. I eat purple cabbage very often. Keep up the good work dear. I was checking for UA-cam videos about stem cells because I have a knee that has been injured and is hard to heal the muscle and I went to an orthopedic and he said I am losing some squishy stuff around in my knee. Went to Orthopedic several years ago and miny and muscle give me a hard time so I need to do something different. I think too much sugary stuff is my downfall.

She developed lymphoma and I believe it was from all the pesticides she ingested from trying to eat healthy. Which actually has been proven and there are law suits being filed now. The thin skinned fruit is saturated with glyphosates and it is not always easy to find organic. I guess, just always try to buy organic when we can.

Once I got into the Torah, I just couldn't read any other way anymore. I live, learn from the old. When I minister, it's from nothing but the old. I've had cancer 6×, and put my trust in man, which was the worst of ways. I eat according to Genesis 1, and Daniel 1. Been 100% since December 2nd of last year. When I minister, I do so simply, and people are just amazed 👏 and love hearing the wisdom and knowledge that comes out. There's truth to it, especially when you read Daniel. Wisdom comes, and it flows like you wouldn't believe, and a lot of things make more sense.

An informative & helpful video - thank you. At 9.23 mins you mention Israel and the likelihood of not eating pork there which is "the tradition which I follow". We are interested in your viewpoint as the Scriptures teach us to follow YHWH's commands not the traditions of man, and The Bible clearly instruct us to not eat pork and other scavenging creatures. It is biblically clear some animals were made for food and some were not . You are no doubt aware this is first mentioned in the Genesis/ Noah's ark account of the clean and unclean animals, followed by instructions in the book of Leviticus. We can surely agree that Our Creator's instructions are for our good; He never changes and one only has to look at the disastrous effects eating contrary to his provision has had on the health of mankind. As it is written - not only does He instruct us in His ways but He confers blessings on those who keep His commands.

After the pig is slaughtered the individual that eats it is slaughtered by the corrupt and incompetent healthcare system as they take advantage of people's situation. Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus and Deuteronomy all give instruction on how to live. Humans should follow Jehovah's instruction that it may go well with us. And to the doctor worshippers : if they are ignorant enough to believe in fake healers rather than their Creator than they should not be surprised to be mowing the grass in January. 😊

95% agreed! And God bless everyone reading this. I follow a Greek Mediterranean diet, which - according to my Greek friends - is very heavy in meat and eggs. Any carbohydrates consumed are: local & seasonal. I don't eat them but to season or as accoutrements for my meat and eggs.
Since the human body does not require exogenous carbohydrates (because the body makes its own as needed), no carbohydrate is necessary to "create" stem cells.
Stem cells are most effectively created by *fasting. She was absolutely correct here. I fast 24 hours per day (paradoxically, I know). That is that I eat one meal a day only. I will often skip a meal then and again for a two-day fast, and I will do a three-day fast during The Feast of Saint Martin of Tours & during Lent, normally.
The foods that are most nutrient dense and satiating are fats and proteins; therefore, a diet of about 70/30 (fat:protein) will make fasting for longer periods a breeze (quasi a consequence of eating the proper human diet).
So, do the "Mediterranean Diet" of your choice: Spanish, Southern French, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Israeli, North African, &c.: The goal here is to eat whole, one-ingredient foods, which make this diet grande. Also, don't fall for the lies that the human being requires fruits or veggies, or any other carbohydrate for that matter. This simply is not true. If you _like_ these things, then by all means, go for it. God has provided them during the ancient times to help us in famine, &c. Do your own research related to stem cells if you find that this is an important concept in your health journey. This fine lady is one source, and there are several to help you. Fasting is definitely the best method for stem cells. By eating more nutrient dense and satiating foods, viz., fatty meat and eggs, your consequent fasts will not only be enjoyable, you will not feel like eating because you'll be too full. Easy Peasy!
    Be well!

This might be a great advice for people living in ever green land that produces crops all year long. When you live in a four season country, the winter time limits your choices greatly (no fresh blueberries, no fresh green beans and no mango). The consensus is for one to use locally grown veggies because we know that the ones coming from long distances are treated to last to long travel, so definitely during winter there is not much option. That's the thing with the diets, generally speaking, they are in no way adapted to various regions where the climate is different or where, even during summer, there is limitation to what is cultivated/grows. In my backhome country, there are no mango trees, tuna is scarce (anyway the general advice is to eat salmon rather than tuna), we are no consumers of green tea as is not culturally inherited and we don't cultivate it, the same with purple potatoes, turmeric or ginger. Now, one can say we can buy green tea and turmeric/ginger in jars from the supermarket and that is true nowadays, but i wonder how my ancestors lived without those items and some lived long lives, how did they rebuilt their stem cells? Isn't something we are missing here, in all this dieting era? recently, you can find a specific diet for every condition when in fact, things should be simpler and a person should eat for the whole benefit of the body.

yes and we should eat what is around us - I believe that in every part of the world we have the foods to heal us - don't have to eat mangos from far away (although I do love them) eat what is in our "backyards"

@@sylviasworld9397 I did not even say I am at disadvantage, I am ok where i am (Canada, 4 seasons, not much growing during summer) and I was happy backhome with no mangoes and purple potatoes, ginger or turmeric or greens during winter. What I am saying is that a truly good advice would be "eat from these groups of foods every day", groups that would include foods from everywhere. I absolutely believe that each region on this Earth was blessed with foods good for the people living there, but then again, an advice like "eat these 12 foods every day" does not apply to everybody. You want to include everybody, then your advice should be extended.

You would be horrified at what I discovered today when I went to visit my friend in hospital who just had a C section. I knew the hospital food wouldn't be any good, so had brought her some home grown and home cooked food with plenty of veggies. The hospital offering was a huge portion of breaded fried chicken and french fries with ketchup (the second vegetable, I guess!) and for dessert a white chocolate chip cookie - oh and a Pepsi to wash it down with 🤦. How is that going to help nourish anyone, let alone someone recovering from surgery and starting to nurse her newborn! 😬

Thank you for the interesting information. As one who has followed such information from more than half a century and who has written many books on well-being, allow me to suggest that your emphasis upon calcium, particularly supplemental calcium, may be greatly misplaced and actually harmful. It is not calcium or calcium alone. Which accounts for the strength and the flexibility of bones, much less their regeneration, but silica of an organic nature and if there is to be calcium calcium also from an organic source, sesame seeds being the highest on the planet.
In this hero of instant experts who know nothing, is very easy to run across errors of understanding such as this, and I would suggest you keep up your studies with great rigor rather than proselytizing potentially harmful information
