Ya, 100%. The reasoning is that the dragon communion seal is annoying to get. You need 2 keys and to clear the hero grave to obtain while the finger seal is a simple pick up from the roundtable hold. :)
I ran mine with the White Mask and Beast Champion set (insane damage and holy damage reduction), Dragon Communion Seal, Rotten Winged Sword, Lord of Blood, Shard of Alexander, and Golden Braid (for PCR fight)

You don’t get it from the boss. You get it from a Banished Knight you can ambush and kill before he even stands up? So def go with Dragon Communion Seal. Like the guy above said, it scales off arcane and weighs zero units. Prob can put a few points into Faith as Dragon Communion Seal also scales off Faith, thought not as hard as Arcane. If you’re looking to maximize damage this is the way to go. If you mindlessly spam L2 and face tank as many incoming enemy hits as possible, then yeah, go with the added poise. If you’re worried about defense, swap out the fire tear for the opaline tear…

Which means I can use Corpse Piler four full animation extensions per blue flask. If you don’t want to take mind to 24 then assign more blue flasks. I would never under any circumstances sacrifice a multi-hit talisman and +5 Dex you use less FP on the skill…
The test with double slash is skewed toward rivers bcs ur using 3/4 armour that buffs rob (by 9%) and doesn't buff the nagakiba , take off the armour and they will be similar
Then bloodflame should be taken off from the Nagakiba too since it can't be applied to ROB. I'm sure even without the armor, rivers will be faster with added ranged.

And Corpse Piler drains away your FP way too quickly. At least with Nagakiba and double slash, you get that attack like 10x more without having to refill your FP.
if someone wants even stronger bleed damage that outperform any katana build use 2 twinblade or scavenger sword infuse both them with seppuku with blood affinity , give all points to arcane and give others bare to str and dex to hold weapon then white mask is essencial other armor parts is just will useless or can use rakasha for extra dmg can use any seal but i prefer use dragon comunion seal for incantetions flame grant me strengh , golden vow is enough , for wonderous physic is Bloodsucking Cracked Tear and Thorny Cracked Tear is best options. @@skinz2820 i test occult too but bleed still better for twinblades. Multiple hit with single jump attack with continually bleed dmg explosion is what this build specialize and for occult actually better for high bleed weapons than twin blades that they dont have bleed naturally
It does not affect the corpse piler skill, which is the main reason why the weapon is good. It will affect its regular attacks which are very mid. Hope that helps :)
Why not use the white mask? It gives a 10% buff for 20 seconds when blood loss has been inflicted. Isn't that a perfect match with Lord of Blood's Exultation talisman and sacred bloody flesh?
It gives 10% only when blood loss occurs, but the wise mask gives 5% that is constant. They will likely lead to the same damage. The wise mask also fits the look 👌 😀
End game build for + games. Doesn't help getting to that point as most items are late game and you've had to suffer to get there. Reduvia is the bleed answer for pre + game builds. It's available right at the beginning of the game.
I did a solo run of the DLC and Base Game with Rivers of Blood along with the entire base game and DLC. Everyone went down. You still need to know how to play the game while you’re using ROB. You can’t just spam Corpse Piler nonstop. You’re still going to die the same.

@@ezkerretik the theory cracked tear was included in the build, the prosthesis was not used since you can't get it along rotten winged sword insignia.

Should work with regular attacks, but not the weapon art
Don’t waste a talisman slot for that, bleed weapons aren’t made to do good damage on hits.

Because the bloodsucking tear ticks your health down, and that makes it annoying to alot of people. Hard to recommend unless you build into it.
After 50 patches this weapon is still busted in pvp😭
