Heavy cream..is thicker...you can whip it ..its like liquid whipping cream but you can substitute it with evaporated milk...
It's not compulsory but since its a 4-ingredient buttercream ...if you dont have heavy cream...you can replace it evaporated milk

Heavy cream..is a thick cream used in baking and cooking too...you can whip it ..its like liquid whipping cream but you can substitute it with evaporated milk...
