    Thanks for sharing. I am looking for a buttercream that is not too sweet. Yours seem to have not too much sweetness. I will try it soon.

    Just today I was wondering about how to make butter cream properly. Everytime I try, somehow it turns out to be a little grainy and not completely smooth.

    Tried this recipe and it's actually pretty ok for me as someone who strongly dislikes buttercream because it's either way to sweet or way too butter tasting. The condense milk I used is called Longevity Brand Sweetened Condense Milk. You can either buy it online or at your local vietnamese market.

      I wil soon share a reel on the same when I post the mermaid cake. Do consider following us on Insta if you like.. Basically there are two things: heat and time.. Heat the buttercream and allow it to mature over time to get the deep colours like red and black

    Hi
    Can this be used to decorate cakes?
    If it's not stable enough, can you add a stabilizer?

      This works on piping flowers on cupcakes I do have a video for the same on the channel.. so definitely you can make buttercream flowers too I believe.. it does remain stable unless kept under direct sun light

    Looks so smooth & creamy, Tempting & Yummy 😋☺️. Will definitely try it out soon, akka 😊. If making Chocolate Buttercream Frosting, then how much quantity of Cocoa Powder or Melted Chocolate to be used for this recipe measurements? If using Melted Chocolate, is it Couverture or Compound & can we use Dark or Milk or White Chocolate, akka?

    • @bakewithspicesandflavors
      @bakewithspicesandflavors  2 роки тому

      I haven't tried the chocolate version yet.. I would add melted dark chocolate would go so well with the condensed milk flavour. Start with 50 gms and then you can gradually increase

      @@bakewithspicesandflavors Thank you so much for your reply & suggestions akka ☺️🥰💕. I was thinking of adding melted dark chocolate too, so once it cools down we can mix it in with the buttercream frosting, akka? Surely, will give it a try soon, can't wait 😍😋.
