Just an after thought. I meant to say that I lived in the tropics , had a bakery and this buttercream on cakes and cup cakes held up really well in the heat.
I actually tried this for my dad’s birthday surprise and it became so good and delicious recommended every one to try this at home

Lovely frosting thank you. This is like Ermine frosting only I used to use corn flour in place of plain flour which keeps it white.
