    For some reason the crystals are popping out of the center instead of coming out of the ground. Can you help please?

      it's probably because your origin point on the mesh is in the center. I talk about this in the beginning of the video on how to change it

    tau is the same as pi*2 =) (1 less keystroke!)

    Interesting tutorial but you never explain much what nodes are or what they do so it's hard to understand what I'm doing. I totally didn't understand the Position/Vector math Distance/Map Range influence etc so sadly I end up changing values not knowing why something changes nor getting the effect that I want in my model :/ But thanks for the rest of the help :)

    "Euler" is pronounced "oil-er", not "yew-ler"
