I was questioning the ginger but when homegirl used her fingers to shred beef and flip tortillas I knew this was the recipe
Ginger brings out a lot of flavor in different dishes
Hi holy
I’ve learned to always follow her recipes to the T.
@@michellerenteria7693 assalamualaikum holy 😍 friend 😍 fine??
Im Mexican, and I always use ginger in mine
I made this for my family. It was soooo good omg😭 this recipe might have a lot of steps but its so worth it! It was a lot of meat and sauce left so i put it in the freezer for a rainy day☺️
When sis flipped the tortillas with her hands, I knew it was meant to be 🥰🙌🏾 I feel at home. I will be trying this soon. ♥️❤️🔥
I made this for my family and they loved it! Thank you for always explaining everything good and very simple. ❤️
This is the BEST BIRRIA RECIPE EVER!! The only change I made was not strain the consome too much and it was a HUGE hit with our Friendsgiving. My friends are always asking me to make this now because they can’t find anyone who makes it this bomb! Thank you so much!! 🙏🏽♥️
"Friendsgiving" good lord 🙄
@@HereForAStorm so I’m assuming you’ve never had one before. Sucks for you 🥺
Wow! I've never tried making it because I always thought it was really hard and a lot of work... but girl you just made it look so easy to make. You make it look way better than all these other youtubers. I'm going to try making it this weekend. Thank you again gir this great recipe.
Michelle Munoz how was it !
I made this on New Years and my family was very impressed and it was extremely delicious, thank you Claudia so much for this recipe 🖤
What a nice challenge to make a Mexican dish that seemed overwhelming.
You have inspired me.
Also you're not afraid to use those blessed hands God gave you!
This is the best recipe of birria that I have done so far. I think it will be my forever keeper. It never fails
Tip I learned from a cooking show: if you love cilantro use the whole cilantro stalks & leaves (los palitos del cilantro). The stalks of the cilantro is where the flavor is concentrated!😊
Everlyn Acuna I just cut it like that it is good
Yes! The stems are the best part!
Cilantro in everything 🙂
I support this message
And it's also where the crunch comes from!
Omg those look amazing... I’m in japan and they have almost no good taco spots let alone good Mexican food, thank you for this so much. I love her energy and she ain’t afraid of that popping grease
From the measurements & ingredients I already knew these tacos 🌮 were gonna be 🔥 🤣
I saw this three years ago and had to try it. To this day, it’s still the best birria I ever had. Thank you for the recipe! 🙏🏾

Just got done making this.. made half of the recipe!! My husband said “I will never go pay anywhere else for this” 😂 thank you so much for the recipe!!!
Did you just divide all the ingredients in half? Or did you make extra adjustments?
I just cut all the ingredients in half 🙂
Same!!
Was the cooking time the same or also cut in half?
@@gabrielavonp3766 I used the same cooking time 😊
I made this for my friends and we LOVED IT!!!! I am Vietnamese and it was my first time ever making it, let alone trying it. My Mexican friend gave it a 10/10! I enjoyed every bite with the consommé. Best birria recipe we’ve tried! So flavorful especially with some Chile de arbol ❤️
Someone got a new blender lol ;) ...You know a girl can cook if she can flip the tortilla with her bare hands lol.
And in oil L0l
Girl when I saw that I was like ouch wth
That's what I'm talking 'bout! Reached right into the pan and grabbed a hot corn tortilla and without even a flinch! OMG! This woman is amazing! I'm awestruck by her!
Do you happen to know what type of blender it is? I really want to buy one for my mom on Mother's Day! thank you.
Margarita Vasquez it’s a Vitamix. Looks like Acsent line
I love how you try your food and genuinely enjoy it. The taste test sold me even more, I definitely going to try this recipe!

Her mouth watering before trying her own food , is when you know its going to be good ! I will be making this for my family tonight! Thank you!
You can tell she is a real cook by how she can flip the shells that are frying over by hand.

Amazing I made it and loved it we made about 25 tacos even my 4 yo nephew and 5 yo son enjoyed this they had seconds for sure took forever too cook in the heat lol thank you for sharing such a amazing recipe.
I am 3 years old and I made this for my preschool class in 3 years from now. Cheers.
I made this recipe a couple of months ago and it’s been the best birra tacos I’ve had. Even when it comes to the restaurants my boyfriend always says mine came out better 😭😭😭 thank you so much for the delicious recipe ♥️
This was the best taco I've ever seen in my life. God bless you.
OMGosh who are you and why don’t you open a restaurant?!! Thank you so much! I consider myself a good Mexican cook but girl this 65 year old is learning so much from you!! Thanks chica!!! 🥰
I really appreciate that you present, detail, and give simple hands on instructions on what you are making. I just do not have time for a long video with all the silliness that so many channels use to present their recipes. Thanks again, keep up the good work and presentation. I also like the fact that you do not mask the chili taste with lots of cummin, cloves, brown sugar all that extra, just a rich minimalist chili taste like in the Southwest.
Once she opened the chile to remove the seeds I don’t know why but I felt like I could smell the chile thru the screen 🤣
I felt the sting in my fingers 😂
😂😂 same
Estas traumada 🤪😂 all those years of choking on chile smoke
Me too 😂
I’m 4 months pregnant and have been craving these for so long! I’m gonna surprise my husband and make them tonight for dinner. I’m so excited 🤗
Aye! You a real one lol you didn’t care that the greese dripping from you hands or nothing. 💯
Thank you, Claudia from East Los Angeles, California Hispanic village great recipe people can always count on you for Mexican food as long as they follow your steps !!!!! God bless you and your family 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for showing us how to make authentic tacos de birria! I can’t wait to attempt this recipe! I think the most daunting part is gathering all the ingredients. I’ve never bought the dried peppers before but you’ve explained everything so perfectly. Thank you!
As a professional line cook, you're an amazing chef. Love this recipe.
I never thought a taco could rival my love for authentic tacos al pastor, but this recipe certainly did. Can't wait to make it again!
Girl! These are your best videos! Love love love your old cooking videos are so genuine and real life!
