NOW LET ME TELL YOU….. when i tell you there is no place that makes these tacos as delicious as I make them, I MEAN IT!!!!! these tacos are what i make at least once a week because they are that good and my whole family enjoys them!!!! Ingredients: makes 15-20 tacos
20 white corn tortillas
oil for frying
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 large tomato
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chile powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayanne pepper
salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
for the nacho sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp butter
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 red bell pepper
3 tbsp chopped pickled jalapenos
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup pickled jalapeno juice
8 oz medium/mild cheddar cheese (MAKE SURE YOU GRATE IT)
toppings:
lettuce
more shredded cheese
sour cream

Happy Valentines Day my beautiful family!!! Today it has been raining all day long here in Az and well we decided to stay in and make something WE ALL LOVE, TACOS!!!! now let me tell you I can eat tacos for breakfast lunch and dinner, but my kids are very picky and they rather eat crunchy fully loaded tacos, THESE ONES!!! Taco Bell has a version and let me tell you they dont compare to homemade, if you are like me and dont like their meat, you are not missing out at all, make them at home because EVERYTHING IS BETTER WHEN HOMEMADE ❤

I have a very difficult to please mother-in-law, I’ve made these tacos three times now and every time she has told me that the best taco she’s ever had. Don’t underestimate the positivity in the single moment in our 14 year relationship. Seriously, the most negative woman I’ve ever met, was blown away by this recipe. ❤

Man I wish I could cook veggies in with my taco meat, but if one of my grandkids sees anything with color they flip out and won’t eat....picky eaters! I like the looks of the queso May give that a try as I usually just use grated mild cheddar. Great job as usual fam! FYI, just went to the kitchen at 2:00 AM and fried me three shells and microwaved leftover taco meat and had late night tacos, my fave!

That is so sad they won't eat veggies! I always say that is their caretakers/parents fault. I serve my 4 year old veggies every day. She loves green salads, and every veggie under the sun. Green beans, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, tomatoes, carrots, you name it. Why?? Because we serve it and she eats it right alongside us.
