OMG. My mom used to make a chocolate pie at Thanksgiving but it had a meringue crust (which I never understood and didn't like) so I would only eat the filling. This one actually might find its way to my T-giving table. This is just lovely, Noreen!

My husband loves brownies, and this pie would be the best of both worlds to him. I would love to have a fancy pie server, instead of using a butter knife and fork. lol It is fun to watch your pies giving videos with all the different flavors of pies that can be made in a jiffy. And this time you are celebrating my home state of North Carolina.:)

Tarheel pie looks absolutely delicious to me! Love everything in it so it has to be tasty. Your program today made me think of an Uncle who was a baker in a restaurant near Penn State College when I was a child. We would go and visit and he would make a strawberry/rhubarb pie. It was sweet but tart and ever so delicious. His crust was crispy and flaky. Oh my! Making my mouth water now. Have you ever had one of those pies? Do you grow rhubarb? Gee bringing back memories from over 55 years ago......Thanks for your wonderful recipes!

Love it! My favorite pie is cherry or anything with peanut butter! I'm pretty sure I haven't ever had a bad pie lol, I love almost any kind. One of my favorite memories was to make "pies" in the back yard, me and my friends would pick blackberries mix them with a little sugar and put them on club crackers and eat them in the back yard. We loved our blackberry pies.
