    I've watched a few of your videos and I'm super impressed with the way you work. I've done a few clutches/gearboxes in my time using axle stands, trolley jacks etc and the way you just power through and get it done without faffing around is fantastic. And I love that you take care of the details like bracing the alloy wheel with you arm as you take out the last bolt so that it cannot fall and get damaged. There aren't many that take care like that. And don't get me started on the way you bench press those gearboxes in and out! I'd be making a whole load of middle aged man grunting noises if I tried! You're a real role model for having a fantastic work ethic and doing a job well.

      Hey Phil .., thanks for tuning in.
      The wheels alone was £2k.,, and it had been remapped to push £350bhp.,, so the big induction was needed to push max air in. It was a great little car that one.

    Very good one! Sometimes you use the ratchet, as in 11:23 and 16:53. Maybe to know the torque and maybe to check strenght of the bolt, as I suppose in the second case. The friction plate was very ok but the flywheel.... I can imagine the car in the first row of every traffic light! Good work!

    Could i Askyou the reason you used red rubber grease on the gearbox's input shaft?
    Surely It would eventually harden and cause clutch drag?

    Out of interest why do these need gasket sealer on rear of CSC? That box looked mighty heavy!

    • @WMCS
      @WMCS  3 роки тому +1

      It doesn’t really need it. But for good measure in case in the future down the line the seal disintegrate then the seal with work stopping any leaks into the bell housing.
